Bedsheets are not changed regularly only on complaining they change the bedheets, still pillow covers are not changed. Room cleaning is just average, the room itsel is infested with cockroaches. The rooms are provided the basic amenities like room mirror, towels, toilet soap, hair oil sachet and drinking water. The only silver linings are the spacious room with good air conditioners and the location, The hotel does not have an in house kitchen so either you have to eat outside or order through swiggy, zomato or whichever platform you want.

My stay at the hotel involved serious deficiency in serviceunclean room, foul-smelling bed sheets, faulty door lock, no geyser, poor service, and unhygienic conditions. I demand a full refund immidiately.

Disappointed with Hidden Early Check-In Charges I recently stayed at Fabhotel Kamla Regency and was quite disappointed with their early check-in policy. When I arrived a few hours before the standard check-in time, I was informed that I would need to pay an extra charge for early check-in. I had pay early check in payment already during the online booking process, which felt misleading and unfair. While the room and overall service were satisfactory, the unexpected charge left a negative impression. Very bad condition room waste of my money

I had the worst experience of my life. Here are the list of problems i had faced at Hotel Sugar Cube. 1) Room size is very small. It was around 80 sq.ft. only bed can fit in the room. 2) No hot water. They even don't have immersion rod with them. They rely on only solar water heater and in rainy and winter, only god can save you. 3) Rooms are very dirty. They don't even provide dustbin. 4) Rooms and bathroom don't have cloth hanger. 5) They charge you extra for water. 6) At the end, during check out they say that they have not received payment from Agoda/Oyo and ask you the money for room and you have pay that and settle with Agoda. So, book the hotel at your risk. I booked the room from Agoda

FabHotels company or chain of hotels does not even deserve one star. They have the poorest rooms you can imagine. They don’t care about their customers or customer’s money and customer service. Funny thing is hospitality and hotel management is all about how you treat your customers and they don’t care about this one thing that is the whole source of their income and reputation which is- customers. FabHotels has no future if they keep running their hotels like this. Trust me Dharmsala and ashrams are better.

There were only couples couples couples and couples in the entire night it was looking like a red light area 12. No window in the room 13. There was nothing to appreciate Really very bad.
