Clean, good location and one of the bestvalued properties I have stayed in.

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. Due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. This was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Worst experience, do not recommend this to anyone. I checked in late night with my Mom after a long drive, on 2nd Feb 2024. Firstly, the reception asked me to kot call on room service in night. This was highly unacceptable as we checked in at 1 in the night and might need some water or any thing on night as well. Later the next day, they were not ready to extend the check out time for a little. I mean even Radisson allows you a late Checkout depending your situation. I requested frequently but they denied. There was no elevator and only stairs and the staff, room service and reception behavior was pathetic and impolite. Never ever visit this hotel!!

Sharing my personal experience, we stayed in the hotel as a couple for 2 nights .But we had a pathetic experience because somebody knocked our door in between while we were making our private moments which is unacceptable and not a couple friendly hotel . Poor service by the staff, fan was not working they shifted me to another room where only one light was working in the entire room and they knocked our door intentionally without any purpose repeatedly. Overall bad experience with the hotel .

I booked through OYO even I talked to the manager still they canceled my booking at the moment of arriving but thank god I called them first & when I asked the guy why my booking was cancelled he said talk to Oyo I don’t understand who appoints these idiots in their premises , poor & pathetic service , since I had 1 day of booking they cancelled & offered to some other person with more number of days I’m sure of it

Worst hotel ever. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. The staff is pathetic. They blamed us for the bad shape of their hotel. All the rooms are dirty and sheets are colored with god knows what. I haven't had a worse experience at a motel in my life. Kindly avoid this unless you wish for a bad experience
