Staff very helpful well location

I don't understand why the management is being so unfair to this property. The hotel is built with premium fittings—showers, bathroom taps, wardrobes, fridge, and other interior elements all reflect a high-class setup. However, due to lack of proper upkeep, all these features are deteriorating. The hotel maintenance is very poor. Housekeeping is in a pathetic condition. The entire hotel smells bad, and the carpets are dirty. Even after multiple requests, rooms were not cleaned. Food is just average. I would love to give a good rating to the property itself, but the management is completely unprofessional and is ruining this beautiful place. The front desk staff is completely untrained—during check-in, the staff member was busy chatting with a friend on loudspeaker and gossiping instead of attending properly. Staff behavior is decent, but they clearly lack training and basic etiquette. Overall, a potentially great hotel is being completely ruined by poor management and neglect.

My stay at the hotel involved serious deficiency in serviceunclean room, foul-smelling bed sheets, faulty door lock, no geyser, poor service, and unhygienic conditions. I demand a full refund immidiately.

Not a very good experience. A.C. remote was not provided in the room. On asking several times they provided at midnight. Amenities were not satisfactory. The extra mattress and pillow were not cleaned.

When i reached oasis blue, they said oasis blue has no room. So why they took my booking and that person said we will you shift you to oasis yellow. I asked him why you took booking as no room available in blue. Worst hotel. And even fab hotel does not allow to talk their executive. Worst experience. Nobody should book this hotel. Worst app fab hotel.

Worst complete waste of money

Worst experience ever at Hotel Midland, Bhopal! Rooms stink, bathrooms are very dirty, and the staff is extremely rude with no manners or respect toward guests. Service is pathetic, food is terrible, and the place feels unsafe. It’s highly overpriced and absolutely not worth the money — I have never stayed in such a horrible hotel in my life. Please avoid this place if you don’t want to ruin your trip! My request to the hotel owner: kindly train your staff. They completely lack basic customer service skills and proper behavior. At present, they act like bodies without brains — no sense of hospitality at all.

it was one of the worst hotel i stayed in my entire life, they misnomerly increase the price even on prepaid booking. we have prepaid booking for 2 rooms for 2 night stay when i reached hotel for check-in they make me wait for nearly an hour and afterward they rebuffed my booking while saying we have an order to not allow you to check-in, then i tried to contact with fab they said me tarrif has been increased so now we can't do anything you have to pay extra ammount they nearly doubled our ammount and as we miss our cost of opportunity we haven't left any other option so we have to pay them. even after providing that ammount we guys were not satisfied on there service part. after interacting with few more guests stayed there i get to know that they were also suffering from similar situation. (fab hotels + fab authority) make there business purely on basis of fate accompli they booked your room on lower price and when you reached to the hotel they quash your booking. we guys definitely going to explore legal way im respond of quashing my agreement (confirm booking is also an agreement) so you guys took careful steps while booking this hotel and booking through fabhotels
