Wet towels to use, Room was not clean, condom wraper lying besides bed, and charging services charges for not giving service. Condoms lying in bathroom no handwash etc...
It's a budget friendly hotel so don't expect too much. The staffs are polite and helpful but service needs improvement. Limited food options and rooms are not polished but they are decent for a 2N stay. On my trip last day breakfast was denied even tho I booked with complimentary breakfast.
Bedsheet was not changed. It was dirty. Washbasin tap was not working. Lack of cleanliness was there.
