the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable, and the overall condition of the accommodation fell far short of my expectations. i believe this is a clear breach of contract.
therefore, i am formally requesting a full refund for my stay. i have attached a copy of my booking confirmation for your reference.

The service was slow. hotel looked dreadful, the staff was polite. there were no dental kit, slippers, bathing kit etc were available. room allotted to me was no where close to the room shown in the catalogue of the hotel online, it was deceiving and sad.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Room size is very small. no parking facility. no balcony no good reception area. lift is very old model and no fully automatic gates. kenchi gate lift. overall experience bad and not recommended for others

When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. our room was very comfortable. the restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. food was very good and the choice was amazing.

The staff was very nice and they were very polite..... the room was awesome neat and clean.....every facility was there like at home. i must say everyone please go there....its really nice location and easy to reach. and its in under reasonable price.
