I had recently booked a 2 day stay at the hotel through Fab Hotels and I figured this was a case of "over promise and under deliver". To give the benefit of the doubt, maybe rest of the rooms are nicer and we ended up in a bad one. The room I had stayed in could use a deep clean and a fresh paint, the walls were damp, there was dust collected on corners of the bed and to make it all worse there were mice trying to climb the bed at night and rattle through leftover food. The food was decent but now I doubt the hygiene that goes in the preparation because of the mice. The room service except for meal orders was poor, either they'd forget the requested item entirely or bring you some acceptable version of it. We had to remind them several times after requesting for water bottles and some of them were unsealed and re filled.

I recently stayed at your hotel SHREE GALAXY - KANPUR on the night of February 19th with three of my friends. Unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing due to multiple issues that directly impacted our comfort and convenience. 1. Misleading Location Information While booking, I specifically requested a hotel near the Expressway to ensure a smooth continuation of our journey to Delhi. However, the hotel provided was in an interior area with extremely congested lanes, making access very inconvenient. 2. False Commitment on Room Service We were clearly informed that room service was available 24 hours, but upon arrival, we were told that orders are not taken after 11 PM. This was highly inconvenient as we had planned based on the information provided. 3. Lack of Proper Hot Water Facility One of my primary requirements was a hot shower, which I made explicitly clear during the booking process. However, the hotel only offered tap hot water in a bucket, which is completely unacceptable and not what was promised. 4. Unhygienic Room Conditions The pillows and towels provided were dirty, which is completely unacceptable in any hotel, regardless of the category. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and this level of negligence is shocking. Overall, the misleading information, poor service, and lack of hygiene made our stay extremely uncomfortable. I strongly urge you to ensure that accurate information is provided to guests and that hygiene standards are maintained, as such discrepancies significantly impact trust and guest satisfaction. NOT GOOD FOR FAMILY AND COUPLES I stayed here last month, and it was a complete nightmare. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. We tried to report issues for AC, constant power cuts, and a door that wouldn't even lock from the outside, but we got absolutely no support from the reception staff or the manager. On top of that, the room was a mess—the washroom was gross, the blanket was dirty, and the mattress was so uncomfortable we barely slept. It's a miracle this place is still in business. Avoid it at all costs.

Honestly, don't stay here. My partner and I had a terrible time. The staff was incredibly rude and seemed like they couldn't be bothered to help with anything. It felt super unsafe,definitely not a good place for a couple. And the room? It was disgusting. Stained sheets, mold in the bathroom...it was just gross. Seriously, the whole place feels like a cheap, third-rate hotel with zero security or proper cleaning. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Worst and Dirtiest Hotel Ever – Looks Can Be Deceiving! As beautiful as the exterior may seem, the inside tells a completely different story — dirty, smelly, and absolutely unhygienic. I checked in and walked out within 5 minutes. The room was filthy, the bedsheets were stained, the bathroom was disgusting, and the overall condition was unacceptable. Even the staff didn’t seem bothered. This place is all show from the outside and a total nightmare inside. Do not waste your money here — highly NOT recommended. Extremely Disappointed by FabHotels – Never Again! Totally shocked by the condition of this property. I had high expectations seeing the photos and the clean-looking exterior, but the reality was the opposite. The room was filthy, bedsheets were stained, and the bathroom was unbearable. I checked in and walked out within 5 minutes. It’s hard to believe this is part of the FabHotels chain. This experience has completely ruined my trust in the brand. Not recommended at all.

No water is available in the morning for the shower, even after complaining still water is still not available , finally have to take a bath in other room. After informing at the checkin time, that I have to check out at 8.45 in the morning breakfast is not prepared till that time, In morning I informed them about 1.15 hrs before my checkout but still they didn't prepared till the time I checked out
