Very pathetic experience. room and toilet very dirty. this hotel is not family friendly. this hotel belongs to boy friends and girl friend type. bad behaviour by staff also.

Worst hotel, demanded 500 rs extra money for early check-in at 8 am , no toiletry provided after demanding , refused to give plates and cutleries, struggled 5 hours just to turn on the tv. staff non-cooperative, no shampoo shower gel nothing at all. asked to pay for extra water. toilet not cleaned no dustbin in the room nor in toilet. worst experience ever.

There was a mouse in our room and the hotel management acted like it was no big deal worst hotel asking 2k rupees for such 3rd class rooms and service kindly avoid
