Perfect spread of the breakfast, comfortable room, and amazing staff

The room was clean. The surroundings and the hygiene was also good at the hotel. Staff was courteous and was quick to resolve any query. Location is perfect if anyone wants to visit here in its full pride. Perfect location, where everything is less than 10KM's away.

Disappointing stay with unclean rooms, unhelpful reception staff, and unchanged bedsheets despite multiple requests, further complicated by delays during check-in due to poor housekeeping.

Avoid this hotel if possible. The staff are extremely rude and disinterested in serving the customers. The mattresses had stains all over and the staff refused to replace them when asked. Also, the hotel is located in a remote industrial area.

I do not recommend this hotel. The room was not at all like what was shown online. It was smaller, darker, and lacked basic maintenance. The mattress was so uncomfortable that I had back pain after just one night. The washroom was unhygienic — no soap, no towel, no bucket, and a foul smell. The hotel clearly does not care about guest comfort or cleanliness. My stay here was stressful instead of relaxing, which defeats the purpose of booking a hotel.

I would not recommend this hotel for couples. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel uncomfortable with their judgmental behavior. It was clear they were not welcoming or respectful toward couples, which made the entire stay awkward and unpleasant. A hotel should offer a safe and respectful environment for all guests, but unfortunately, that was not the case here.

I had high expectations based on the photos, but the reality was far worse. The bed was not comfortable, and the washroom was unclean and lacked basic toiletries. Would not recommend.

The room setup was poor and nothing like advertised. The mattress was not comfortable and the washroom was unclean. Missing essentials like soap and a bucket.

The room was not cleaned properly, dirt was present on the window. Wifi network was not reaching to my room. Mobile network connectivity is very slow, cant even make a phone call properly. Water bottle was not given to me during checkin and when i asked for it later they charged me extra. Water flow in bathroom tap was very slowly because of fault in pressure pump, maybe temporarily. Hotel surroundings are not good/ dirty place, seems like a remote area.

Worst Hotel, Demanded 500 rs extra money for Early check-in at 8 AM , No toiletry provided after demanding , refused to give plates and cutleries, struggled 5 hours just to turn ON the TV. Staff non-cooperative, No shampoo shower gel nothing at all. Asked to pay for extra water. Toilet not cleaned no dustbin in the room nor in toilet. Worst experience ever.
