The breakfast spread was impressive, and the staff was courteous and always ready to assist. The budget prices were a great value for the quality of service provided. The seamless check-in and checkout process made everything hassle-free. Additionally, the hotel's location was central, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.

As stay room and wedding hall in same facility so no good for professionals to stay here. And near to it metro line is there which creates a lot noise.

The room door lock was not working properly. The walls inside the room were very dirty and poorly maintained. Tried Aloo pratha and Gobi paratha that was nice. Staff behaviour was generally okay, no major issues noticed. For shower, they dont provide shampoo, only they provide small soap, which is not convinent for shower.

As the rooms were cleaned.. The girl on the front desk was not even have sence how to talk and morever location of the hotel was not not even tracebale on which the food cannot get delivered

Don’t go there. I told them I would check in early and check out early, but they kept asking for more money. I booked it for ₹1200, but they were asking for ₹1900. I recommend you guys don’t book this hotel. Also surroundings of the hotel area are very dirty.

There was no power socket near the bed, which was very inconvenient. 4. Service was okay, but the reception staff were always talking loudly, which was disturbing. 5. The room was not cleaned properly, dirt was present on the window. Wifi network was not reaching to my room. Mobile network connectivity is very slow, cant even make a phone call properly. Water bottle was not given to me during checkin and when i asked for it later they charged me extra. Water flow in bathroom tap was very slowly because of fault in pressure pump, maybe temporarily. Hotel surroundings are not good/ dirty place, seems like a remote area.

I do not recommend this hotel. The room was not at all like what was shown online. It was smaller, darker, and lacked basic maintenance. The mattress was so uncomfortable that I had back pain after just one night. The washroom was unhygienic — no soap, no towel, no bucket, and a foul smell. The hotel clearly does not care about guest comfort or cleanliness. My stay here was stressful instead of relaxing, which defeats the purpose of booking a hotel.

I would not recommend this hotel for couples. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel uncomfortable with their judgmental behavior. It was clear they were not welcoming or respectful toward couples, which made the entire stay awkward and unpleasant. A hotel should offer a safe and respectful environment for all guests, but unfortunately, that was not the case here.

Worst Hotel, Demanded 500 rs extra money for Early check-in at 8 AM , No toiletry provided after demanding , refused to give plates and cutleries, struggled 5 hours just to turn ON the TV. Staff non-cooperative, No shampoo shower gel nothing at all. Asked to pay for extra water. Toilet not cleaned no dustbin in the room nor in toilet. Worst experience ever.
