Very worst sevice with zero responsibility.a female booked a room for 21st Nov- 4am early check-in but once she reached hotel ,gate was locked and all reception lights were off.Single lady was standing all alone outside the hotel at that point that too in this weather.luxurious rooms n amenities hol...read more
