Hotel building is unsafe. a big gap(hole) is present just out side the balcony gate.a man died by falling from the balcony. outside people were shouting for help but no staff or guard had come about 1 hour.

It's horrible.. room number 304 ..had one death on sunday..they can save his life but no guard and no-one seen him from staff ..he was laying about one hour without any help and finally passed way..

Hotel was just okay not good!!! cant say bad! it is just like if you have an emergency you can stay. but not worth of money

Outside there is no display board of the hotel name and other details ... only pg detail ... second bedrolls and washroom c*mb*d not clean, rusted and fungal on taps easily seen, cigrate and bedi leftover are in pocket corner of the room. limited items for food (1 fixed item for breakfast, lunch and dinner for the day) , floor is neat and clean, ac is working. towel, shop and shampoo - service as normal. they charged double then mrp rate - water bottle.

When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. our hotel room was very comfortable. the restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. food was very good and the choice was amazing.
