1 Average"we had pre-booked a deluxe room and arrived at the hotel at 1 am. however, the staff was not supportive at all. they provided us with a dirty room where we couldn't even stay. the room did not match the pictures shown during booking. as we did not stay there, we request a refund of our payment. kindly take appropriate action to prevent such incidents in the future."Manoj Saligram, 7 Mar

2 AverageI stayed at a hotel located in a society area of sector 51, and while it was decent, i wouldn't say it was excellent. the rooms were alright, but not up to the mark. one major issue was the lack of nearby convenience; there are no general shops or restaurants around, so be sure to carry your own water and snacks. the hotel only provides ro water in bisleri bottles, which feels a bit limiting. the condition of the room was disappointing as well — the pillows were torn, and the bedsheets had visible stains. even after bringing this to their attention, they didn’t bother to change them, which was frustrating. overall, it’s an okay place for a quick stay, but i wouldn’t recommend it for a longer visit or for those looking for cleanliness and convenience.Uditya Raj Srivastva, 10 Feb

1 AverageI had booked this place for my wedding total of 10 rooms and had also done booking payment to confirm. the hotel receptionist was utterly rude with zero management skills and showed illiterate behaviour by cancelling the booking last moment at the day of checkin without any prior notice. if you want to upset the guests or spoil ur entire day or havw the strength to argue with the hotel staff then please go ahead else **kindly do not book this hotel** they can ditch your booking at any point with no prior commitments met. kindly do not consider this as an option to avoid what i and my family had been through.Sweata Pandey, 18 Dec

1 AverageI had a really bad experience at this location. the bed sheets were unclean, the bathrooms didn't have proper plumbing, the floors were not very clean and to top it all a rat came into my room. the management was courteous enough to have my room changed but that dosen't change the fact that there was a rat in my room!Aman Manvar, 15 Dec
