I had a wonderful stay at Fab Express Hemkunt Mansion . As soon as I arrived, I was impressed by the ambiance, cleanliness, and management. The room was very clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hotel's location is also excellentit's quiet and close to all the important places. The staff deserves the most praise . Each and every staff member is extremely helpful and courteous. I would especially like to mention Mr. Ajay Kushwaha at reception . He was extremely polite, professional, and welcoming. He took care of every little detail and always helped with a smile. His respectful approach to guests truly adds to the hotel's reputation. Overall, my experience was fantastica great room, excellent service, and above all, wonderful staff. I would recommend staying at Fab Express Hemkunt Mansion to anyone looking for a comfortable and safe stay.

The property is not at all taken care of by the management. Rooms are big enough but all the fixtures and furniture are old and dirty/ broken. Room/ toilet are not properly cleaned. Taps/ washbasin are broken. Geyser not working (hot water provided in the bucket). No room / linen cleaning done in three days. Everything in the hotel needs maintenance and revamp. No kitchen facilities available hence only outside food available. The only breakfast offered was Chole Bhature from the adjoining shop. The staff informed us that they have intimated the non availability of kitchen / food service but Fabhotel took booking with breakfast! The hotel refused to offer breakfast and insisted on raising the issue with the Fabhotel to get the money refunded. Somehow we managed to have some basic breakfast though the kind-hearted hotel staff. Don't book with food included options. The only plus is location.

I have booked the hotel but hotel person denied for giving room for 12-14 Oct but the property I booked was not available on top of it the other property given in that room was too small to accommodate 3 persons we have to take one additional room as I have paid Rs 1000 as booking amount which will not returned as per there customer care on 13 Oct also hotel not given the room and my advance amount not return back to me. I request not to book any Fab hotels there hotel agent are Fake and Hotels are very poor category

Staff was not co-operative and when the time we checked-in. They did not have the information of the booking so we had to wait until room prepared

It was a terrible experience with Fab hotels. The hotel denied check in and the property provided was pathetic. Even customer care has not picked the call again

Cockroaches in room, No toiletries provided even after asking. Pungent smell from Bathroom.
