Decent and well maintained hotel

0 internet. A kettle, adequate tissue papers, door step deliveries would be good. Apart from these it is a good place to stay.

Please clean the washrooms properly. Walls look dirty. That's the only issue, rest all is good

The room is not hygienic. The bedsheets and towels are not clean. There is no ventilation in the bathroom, and the bathroom door lock is broken. There is no dustbin or toilet paper in the washroom. The room lighting condition is also not good.

My stay at the hotel itself was pleasant, and the hotel staff were supportive and professional throughout. The real problem was FabHotels and the way their agents handle customers. Before confirming my booking from 15th19th June, I clearly informed FabHotels' agent, **Shyam Kumar**, that my stay depended on two conditions: early check-in at 6:00 AM and late check-out at 5:00 PM. He explicitly assured me that both requests had been approved. Based on these assurances, I trusted FabHotels, completed the booking, and paid the advance amount. The reality was completely different. When I arrived at the hotel after a long journey, I was told that additional charges would apply for the early check-in because no such arrangement had been confirmed by FabHotels. The moment I tried contacting the same agent who had confidently made these promises, he became completely unreachable. Multiple calls and messages were ignored. There was no support, no ownership of the mistake, and no attempt to resolve the issue. This experience left me with the impression that FabHotels agents are quick to say whatever is necessary to secure a booking, but disappear when customers actually need assistance. Misleading customers with false assurances and then abandoning them to deal with the consequences is unacceptable. Because of FabHotels' negligence, I faced unexpected expenses, disruption to my travel plans, wasted time chasing support, and unnecessary stress that overshadowed an otherwise comfortable stay. The hotel staff deserve appreciation for their efforts, but FabHotels' customer service deserves serious criticism. My advice to future customers: **Do not rely on verbal promises from FabHotels agents. Get every commitment confirmed in writing directly from the hotel before making payment.**

To provide an honest and transparent account of our stay, FAB Hotel Brookfield Kundalahalli fell far below even the most basic expectations, and the experience was far more unpleasant than we could reasonably endure. The first concern was cleanliness and hygiene, which were consistently unacceptable. The reception area itself had a strong, unpleasant odour of sweat. The room we were given was extremely small, with torn and dirty linen, stains on the mattress and curtains, filthy bathroom tiles, and a broken water pipe. The overpowering smell of naphthalene balls placed in the bathroom made it even worse, and cockroaches entering the room from the bathroom became a daily occurrence.Another major issue was the disturbance caused by neighbouring occupants. They appeared intoxicated, kept their doors open, played loud television throughout the night, and repeatedly slammed their door. This continued well into the night and made it impossible to rest.

Rooms are very congested, smoking smell near rooms, staff doesn’t care about guest specially team at reception.people show different at website and actual rooms are very tiny

A horrible experience! The receptionist who stays during the night is very rude. I booked a double sharing room for my parents and it was 2:30am midnight when we reached the hotel. Since it was too late so I couldn't go to my pg and requested to just stay for the night but the receptionist was not agreeing to let me stay for that night. He was like he doesn't care where I go and stay that night but he cannot let me in. That's some shitty rule that they have! The same thing repeated the next day too and my parents were really very upset with such a behaviour. Not only this, despite being their daughter, I'm not allowed to visit them in their room. Only in reception I am allowed to meet them. It was more of a jail than a hotel! Who makes such shitty rule man! Also network is very poor in that area, jio airtel everything is totally dead. You cannot even GPay an uber auto in that area. Hotel wifi is WORST specially that of the 2nd floor where we stayed; despite repeatedly complaining about the wifi issue, nothing was done. Also there is no dining so you cannot have food there. Even they didn't provide kettle upon asking one. So not a good experience overall and would not recommend it to anyone.

The room was tiny, filthy, and smelled awful the moment I walked in. Nothing, I repeat, nothing matches the photos they advertise. I honestly have no idea how this place has so many positive reviews unless they were written by the staff themselves. The bedsheet was disgustingly dirty, and after just one night I ended up with skin rashes. That’s how unhygienic it was. The location? Terrible. Definitely not what they claim online. And if you dare ask about cleanliness or room size, be prepared for the ultimate blame-passing circus: Agoda tells you to talk to FabHotels, FabHotels tells you to talk to Phoenix, and Phoenix sends you back to the receptionist. In the end, nobody helps you, nobody takes responsibility, and your issue never gets resolved. There are countless better options in the same area for the same price or even cheaper. Save your money and your health. There is absolutely zero reason to book this place.
