Small room, but comfortable and manageable. Polite staff. The hotel doesn't have restaurant of its own, need to order online or from TBC lounge which serves the hotel as they are on the same building. Overall satisfactory stay. Recommended for budget stay.

Had a wonderful stay at Freshco. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The service was excellent - the staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The location was peaceful and convenient, making it perfect for a relaxing vacation. Overall, it was a great experience and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Freshco Hotels provided exceptional service for all of my events. I booked party Hall including rooms for 50th anniversary celebration and all the services provided in this 3 days was awesome. Not only me including my guest was also happy with the service. Manager Farooq and all the house keeping staff were too cooperative for all the 3 events. I will highly recommend Freshco hotel for any events if you are planning in future.

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

Food was awesome, staff was very friendly, we strongly recommend this hotel for pleasant stay.

We had to contend with 10 drunk IT guys on the first night there. They had booked 5 rooms on our floor and gathered in one room, smoking and drinking and walking down the hallways on cell phones without any consideration of others. When spoken to, they became, as well imagined, impossible to deal with. Calls to the front desk went unanswered and the only staffers there were poorly trained and lacked authority to do much of anything. Security did come after 15 minutes and kinda-sorta quieted down the fellows. An attempt to move us for the next night was made. We were offered a Deluxe Room on the 1st floor (We were in Room 202). Well, this Deluxe Room was smaller, had no windows and a mosquito infestation. It was a disgrace to call this room Deluxe. If that is their standard for a deluxe room, then we were in the Presidential Suite. Needless to say, we remained in room 202. Breakfast was also an issue... We had made arrangements with them to have breakfast ready for us at 7:15 rather than their 7:30 start time. We were told that would not be an issue. Well...turns out they do not have a toaster, so my toast was bread burnt on a tawa. My wife had pre-ordered idli that was not ordered until after we arrived. We never saw it as we had to leave at 7:45. Every evening when we returned to the room there was some kind of an issue: only one bath towel for two people, smelly bath towels, when a call was made on the first night for extra pillows, the helper arrived with only extra pillow cases and no pillows...that staff member also needed a good bath. Note too that this is a super wet, wet bath. The shower in our bathroom was just about a foot off axis to the toilet...and if too much water was flowing, the bathroom became soaking wet. There was also a rather deadly step down from the entrance into the sleeping area...do be careful in there. Needless to say, we won't return. Though we had numerous issues with the place, the management did try to please us. We really enjoyed the dinners we had at the upstairs restaurant (which is not a part of the hotel). What I liked the most: going home.

Absolutely disgusting. No light. Rooms are infested with bed bugs and cockroaches. Extremely dinghy and disgusting place. The lift doesn't work. The staff is completely unresponsive and unhelpful. This place is a total scam!!!

If you believe in cleanliness, do not even think to book this hotel. You can not sit in room due to bad smell. I booked and have to leave immediately after this bad smell.

Wow, you guys replied after 2 years - Look at the promptness. Just the worst possible hotel Just Horrible Experience, book an Airbnb or for that matter anywhere but here I had the worst experience ever at this hotel. This hotel is listed on multiple travel site, but they don't accept booking from any of these websites. I booked & paid for this hotel from agoda, btw you can book it from any other site like oyo or mmt, and just a few minutes before check-in I get a call from the hotel saying that I won't be allowed at the hotel. The attendant was so rude, he didn't even want to resolve the issue. He kept saying that this booking is not valid.
