This is a fantastic property with easy access to Horamavu main road and few minutes walk to ORR. It is a 2 BHK service apartment. The rooms are as shown in the pictures uploaded by them, no exaggeration or editing. Mathew has been a great host, helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family as well. P.S. Total value for money.

I booked the suite for a get-together with friends, and the experience exceeded all expectations! Check-in was seamless, thanks to the warm and professional reception staff who made us feel welcome from the start. Parking was convenient, with plenty of space right next to the lobby, including an EV charging station—a thoughtful touch. The apartment itself was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed, blending modern elegance with cozy comfort. Large windows filled the space with natural light, and the tasteful furnishings gave it a luxurious yet homely feel. The kitchen was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare and enjoy a great dinner together. The bedrooms were equally impressive—comfortable beds, high-speed WiFi, and dedicated workstations made them perfect for both relaxation and productivity. Housekeeping was incredibly responsive, ensuring our stay was effortless and enjoyable. The location was another highlight—set in a peaceful, safe neighborhood that added to the overall charm and made for a truly relaxing retreat. This was, without a doubt, one of the best stays. He was incredibly friendly, approachable, and attentive to all our requests, making our experience even more seamless. We will come back again soon.

Kings Suites Hotel in Hennur was my home for 54 days. The cleaning was excellent throughout my stay. We had frequent power cuts, but the generator kicked in immediately every time, keeping lights, fans, and Wi-Fi running. The only minor issue was the water heater not working on generator for a few days. Still, a good long-term stay!

The Property which was booked in the app was not the property the from reception told us. These people have a different hotel in which they accept booking for the advertised property but send the guest to the other property which is not clean and looks like a dungeon. Smart move on accepting bookings for the advertised property and sending the guests to the other but it's. Not going to work with me. Better luck next time

Washrooms was not clean and dirty and there is no amenities in the washroom also towels were not in the washroom, washbasin tab did not have water

Check-in was poor. The hotel partnered with a few companies, and we booked through OYO for 715 rupees in advance. Upon arrival, the check-in person asked for extra money, claiming the starting price was 1000 rupees. We paid the remaining amount, as there was a power outage in the area. The room smelled bad due to drainage issues, and the AC and fan were not working properly. We contacted the front desk, but they didn’t respond. They sent a water bottle during check-in, but instead of a new one, they filled it in an old Bisleri bottle. We tried to adjust the time in the room, but we had to leave. We checked out that same night, and it was an awful experience. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
