This is a fantastic property with easy access to Horamavu main road and few minutes walk to ORR. It is a 2 BHK service apartment. The rooms are as shown in the pictures uploaded by them, no exaggeration or editing. Mathew has been a great host, helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family as well. P.S. Total value for money.

I booked the suite for a get-together with friends, and the experience exceeded all expectations! Check-in was seamless, thanks to the warm and professional reception staff who made us feel welcome from the start. Parking was convenient, with plenty of space right next to the lobby, including an EV charging station—a thoughtful touch. The apartment itself was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed, blending modern elegance with cozy comfort. Large windows filled the space with natural light, and the tasteful furnishings gave it a luxurious yet homely feel. The kitchen was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare and enjoy a great dinner together. The bedrooms were equally impressive—comfortable beds, high-speed WiFi, and dedicated workstations made them perfect for both relaxation and productivity. Housekeeping was incredibly responsive, ensuring our stay was effortless and enjoyable. It was a very pleasant stay at Bougainvillea suites, I recently booked the entire property for a family function, and it was wonderfully accommodated by my friends and family. A special thanks to Mathew and his team for the excellent work. The rooms were spacious and clean, particularly on the 3rd floor. If you're traveling with three families, I highly recommend this floor— you'll enjoy a fantastic view and a spacious layout. The location is very peaceful, situated in a residential area. There are decent restaurants and shops nearby for quick catch-ups. A few suggestions: I noticed that some home appliances were ready for installation. It would be great if they could be fixed soon, as this would be helpful for guests. Additionally, a water dispenser (hot/cold) per flat would be a valuable addition, as water bottles tend to run out quickly with larger groups. Thank you once again, Mathew.

Awesome stay . Calm environment . Clean & tidy living rooms, bedrooms , washrooms & kitchen cum pantry with basic gadgets like kettle, microwave, induction stove, refrigerator & basic vessels & crockeries . Everything was sufficient for a plesant stay.Fully furnished . Good & neat linen & bath towels. A home away from home. Had a cozy & hassle-free stay. Plenty of veg & non veg restaurants at stones throw away . Quick accessibility to the main road . Quick arrival of Ola/ Rapido/ Uber when we book. The manager & caretaker are very helpful & pleasing . I strongly recommend this place for flys too as it is a very safe place .

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bougainvillea and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully appointed with all the amenities I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the linens were crisp and clean. What truly made my stay stand out, however, was the outstanding customer service. The were friendly, attentive, and made me feel like a valued guest. It's good, all our relatives who stayed there loved the stay. They kept bisleri 20 liters for every apartment which Is nice. They charged very minimal for advance booking and accommodated many changes to dates and rooms as we requested. Reasonable in the area with that ambience. The house keeping had helped our relatives with luggage and small chores. Only one con is the slope in the entrance. Few of our relatives have fallen down while coming inside. It's for cars to enter, but a few steps would be nice to enter this stay. Rest all good. Good view, rooms, service and stay

Too much wrost experience I never thought I would experience like this before from fab hotels. Firstly there was no boards or lights outside the building it cost me halfnhour to find it around two streets I was roaming to find and after finally finding entered in to it there was around 10 people were sitting in reception which caused me fear and gave the room key and their way of speaking is rude and also in room was dirty not washed bedsheets very tidy and room was smelly and ac not working I have requested the person to change it but they talked very rudely and told to speak with customer care and also around it was 11 pm where to go and I checked out around 5am not slept well because of crockaches and smelly. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Property which was booked in the app was not the property the from reception told us. These people have a different hotel in which they accept booking for the advertised property but send the guest to the other property which is not clean and looks like a dungeon. Smart move on accepting bookings for the advertised property and sending the guests to the other but it's. Not going to work with me. Better luck next time

Check-in was poor. The hotel partnered with a few companies, and we booked through OYO for 715 rupees in advance. Upon arrival, the check-in person asked for extra money, claiming the starting price was 1000 rupees. We paid the remaining amount, as there was a power outage in the area. The room smelled bad due to drainage issues, and the AC and fan were not working properly. We contacted the front desk, but they didn’t respond. They sent a water bottle during check-in, but instead of a new one, they filled it in an old Bisleri bottle. We tried to adjust the time in the room, but we had to leave. We checked out that same night, and it was an awful experience. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not able to put reviews on rooms as they denied my check-in. Yes the very worst experience. I booked through agoda (pay at hotel)with a discount coupon and I got a room for a low cost. But while I am going to check in they say that they can't provide room for this cheap rate and demand extra amount to stay . They are saying to book through fab or direct booking only. I am asking them why this hotel is registered in agoda. I traveled around 15kmts with my family to stay in this hotel. In reception also they are not responding well. Better don't go to this hotel. All online discounts are fake.
