The hotel provides best services in terms of cleanliness, staff behavior. At last this was the best service I ever got

I had a wonderful 4-day stay at Fab Hotels Pavithra Edition,Yashwanthpur. The staff were extremely courteous, and their approach and hospitality were truly fabulous. Within just 4 days, they cleaned the room twice, changed the bedsheets, and made sure everything was perfect. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I really appreciated the calm ambiance and prompt service throughout my stay. Highly recommend this place for a pleasant and hassle-free experience in Bangalore!

Property was well maintained. Rooms were clean and also the bedsheets, pillow covers everything were clean. Had ordered food from the cafeteria section and it tasted good as well.

Rooms werent cleaned and nobody was bothered to check on the daily basis for cleaning.

Per policy check-in time is 12PM. I went by 3pm, room was not ready. Was made to wait for 15 mins to clean . I had originally booked in SN Residency but was cancelled by hotel after paying advance amount of ₹939. Proof of payment and later was assigned to Pavithra editions which is 6km from the marriage hall. I had paid close ₹1000 for ac alone

FIRST I was asked to check in at RMS Resorts near Yeshwanthpur railway station in BLR. When I reached the hotel, they told me that there was no booking in my name. Then got a phone call from fabHotels saying that my hotel has been “upgraded”and changed to a different location. Myself and my wife are senior citizens. Imagine how much trouble it was for us to again find a taxi! As we could not get a taxi, we were forced to take a three wheeler to get to the other hotel, Pavithraa Edition that was away from the previous one. They demanded I pay for all the three nights of our stay. I told them I had already paid nearly one third, ₹2180 and so I should be accommodated for the day and then the next day I would pay the balance for the next two days if required. The rooms were very untidy and small. The beds had cockroaches. The bathroom was too small and inconvenient. Therefore we decided to check out the next day. But the owner of the hotel demanded that I must pay another ₹5000 for the next two days too. This is never by any hotel anywhere in the country or abroad. But I was forced to pay for the three days, having stayed only for one day. Therefore, the rating that fab hotels deserves is ZERO

There is any below one Star I can give. I asked service in the morning provided evening after lot for call . Iam not feeling well on bedsheet in Inch blood touch by mistake management intaragate me to pay londry expenses. I given key to receptionist to clean the room when I back after 6pm they're not clened after few call they come and cleaned.yhay are not provided free water have to pay one ltr free overall one of worst experience I had .i don't know the review.
