I really recommend this hotel, the rooms are good and cozy, the location is fine, the staff is really kind and welcoming.

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. Especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. Me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. Will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting Jaipur.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

I went on to book 2 rooms with this hotel for family just because its fabhotels but its purely a lodge with degraded facilities. The building looks good from the outside but as you enter everything is broken. Lift not working properly. Room door locks broken. Switchboards and buttons broken. Light not working. Everything in the room, bed, cupboard, tables, AC, remotes, seems to be bought second hand and its placed here. No proper lighting in the room. Every single thing is either broken or not in proper shape or working condition. There's some sort pungent smell in the room. The moment you enter you sense the dirt and untidiness. Washrooms not clean. Though I checked-in late at night around 9 and was supposed to just sleep for the night but was still hesitant by looking at the condition of the hotel.
