I recently had the pleasure of dining at "The Waves Hotel," and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. The ambiance was cozy yet elegant, perfect for a special evening out. The service was impeccable, with every need anticipated and meat promptly. Overall, the ambiance, food quality, and especially the service provided by Mr. Sachin exceeded our expectations. We left Waves feeling thoroughly satisfied and eager to return. What is promised while booking was delivered. We see a lot of cockroaches roaming around.

This is one of the worst property i may have stayed with a sleep . 1) There is no proper elevator access to the reception and room form ground floor you have to walk since inside for the liquor store godown they have in the GF to get access to the elevator 2) Not sure who adviced them to use sheer curtains in the rooms without a blackout one . Even at night light from the. Other building and signage is so bright you can sleep well 3) property is on the highway some times is good for access, but for a good sleep it's not . As the rooms are not properly insulated or sound proof 4) Presently few meeter behind this property, land development is happening and at night 100 of truck are dumping soil. Sound of the tiper dumper door slamming is very loud , it feel like someone dropped a bomb. You will not see this construction active from the main road and thus we ended up booking this .

The room was good but not best at that price. Bathroom was not upto the mark, old and rusted faucets, plastic part of commode lost its one screw, bathroom area was small. Services are terrible. Food Menu was there only for showcasing, only one boy was making food for everybody. You can't order anything apart from thali at night and breakfast was buffet which is okayish. I stayed for 14 days and some days they didn't clean the room. NO LAUNDRY Service. Lift doesn't work from ground floor, since hotel starts from first floor you have to descend with stairs from 1st floor. The first floor and dining area was beautiful but again the services were terrible. Overall it is a hotel converted and refurbished from a pg. Please visit and check before you book.

I don't recommend this hotel. There's no fan, they didn't clean the room for five days. You ask for a coffee or something and it will never come. The taps in the bathrooms were leaking. They also looked rusted

I strongly advise against booking a room at this hotel. The only positive aspect is the location. The cleanliness is severely lacking; the white pillows and bedsheets appear as if they've been muddied, and the white bucket looks black due to accumulated dust. The maintenance is poor despite the high charges. While the rooms are equipped with a TV and geyser, neither function properly, necessitating calls to reception for hot water. Customer satisfaction seems to be a low priority, likely because of the hotel's prime location which guarantees bookings despite the poor experience. Even basic amenities like towels are not readily provided; you must request them even if your booking is for two people. The rooms are infested with mosquitoes and bed bugs, making the stay uncomfortable and unhygienic. The hotel urgently needs refurbishment. This is not an acceptable way to conduct business, especially when it compromises guests' health. Moreover, I am astonished to see some 5-star ratings for this hotel. I suspect that these ratings are manipulated by the Shreyaas Inn management, using misleading photos. Anyone who has actually stayed here would undoubtedly rate it zero.

Bathrooms were a nightmare – broken doors, filthy towels, and a flush that barely worked. To make things worse, you need a holder key every single time just to access the bathroom. Totally inconvenient and unacceptable. I stayed here only because it’s near my office, but this place has gone downhill badly. High time to stop wasting money here. Overall, pathetic experience.

It’s a lodge. Right at the entrance they have a MRP liquor shop and behind that they run a bar. Imagine you are staying with family and want to carry luggage you have to go through the MRP store to get to the lift and this area has absolutely no maintenance. They assigned me a room in which, I was not able to lock balcony door and it was assigned that way. No one has checked the room before assigning it to us. When asked for help to close the balcony door they themselves couldn’t and they asked me if I can be shifted to another room. I had come repack and then shift. While I was staying there was a big group of bachelors who were inside one or two rooms drinking and smoking ( refer to picture ) which isn’t what anyone expects when you are staying with family. When requested for additional water bottle they charged me Rs 37 for one litre bisleri. Overall poor and awful experience. Wouldn’t recommend to stay with family.

Poor service. No hot water. No internet connectivity in the WIFI. Intercom also not working. For every request need to reach 1st floor. After all these, since this property shown as free breakfast in MakeMyTrip I have booked. But they are saying they will not provide breakfast

The guys working there aren’t service oriented. Most importantly, the rooms were dirty, the bed sheets were dirty. The flow of water in the washrooms is slow and you end up spending 45 mins. of busy morning in the bathroom washroom alone. The shower was peeing water. The health faucet also pees water and there was no flow. The flush didn’t work to its fullest potential and I ended up taking water in a bucket and pouring inside. They didn’t even give me an alternate room. They have like gundas with a smile. The room door couldn’t be locked properly from outside. It’s a pathetic place to book rooms for the money you pay for a night. The room is worth just 500 and not 1800.
