Wonderful location and night life around, similar to singapore or Melbourne. Hotel is highly strict on Outsider movements. Courteous staffs, excellent behavior, feel like home, very caring, varieties of food options in surrounding, very safe. I want to stay there again on my next visit.

Atleast bathroom shld be clean . It was dirty , basin around was bad , door of bathroom was dirty , toilet was dirty. Towel was old n stinky . Bed blanket was worn out

No power backup. Daily house keeping not available they won't change mattresses. Won't come to clean room every day until asked several times. Unprofessional

We did not like anything about this hotel. The receptionist on 28th early morning 5am was very uninviting , unpleasant and gloomy on arrival. He took forever to confirm my Booking. The card machine was not charged and he was insisting on gpay or cash payment for which i denied and he took 10mins to charge the device making me stand with heavy luggage!! No room service . For a 3star hotel, they don't even provide drinking water to the room. the room service guy and receptionist was saying water to be paid extra 50rs for each bottle!! Nit included in the room rent!! the Room was damp. Leaking roof. Molded everywhere. abroken cloth hanger. Dirty pillow cover which i complained nd got it change. the duvet had hairs indicating previous usage and not changed. worst service. and worst hotel i have ever stayed!! Even the lift was dirty and sticky!

Subject: Feedback Regarding Recent Stay at FabHotel GRK Comforts, Bangalore Dear Team, I recently stayed at FabHotel GRK Comforts, Jayanagar, with Booking ID: VF45UZ. Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations. Here are the major issues I faced during my stay: 1. AC was not working, making it extremely uncomfortable. 2. Handwash was not provided in the bathroom. 3. TV was not functioning properly. 4. There were blood stains on the bedsheet and the blanket was full of dust, which was highly unhygienic and unacceptable. For your reference, I have attached photos highlighting these issues. This is the second time I have encountered such problems with the FabHotel franchise, which is deeply disappointing. Considering the 1562 I paid, the quality of service felt more comparable to budget options like OYO rooms at 500. Such experiences are eroding the reputation of FabHotels, much like OYO has suffered due to poor room service and substandard maintenance. I strongly urge you to address these issues seriously to retain your customers trust. Given my experience, I am now considering competitors like Goibibo, MakeMyTrip, or Booking.com for future bookings. Looking forward to your response and an assurance that corrective actions will be taken.

Worst part more than one month still taking follow ups for bill. Whenever I called on reception. No body answer calls.
