I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The location is perfect—close to major attractions and easy to access transportation. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and everything tasted fresh. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

One of the best budget stays that I have come across around BTM layout. Very close to the main road which makes it and other places very accessible. All the staff members are extremely polite and professional. Special mention for Mr. Tapan who was my go-to person for anything that I required during my 10-day stay. He always made me feel that I have a homely atmosphere around. Room service and housekeeping was very prompt and the property was maintained neat and clean at all times of the day. Keep up the good work!

Good at this price range

Location is bit away. Anyway the room is neat and nice. But the customer service not very much good and when the checkout enquires are not good. When i left the room and reach the reception, the receptionist called a room boy and asked him to check. The person while checking found a small food spills in the blanket and informed the receptionist. That person in cold blooded asked for 300 more for the food spills. This becomes embracement

There was no breakfast in hotel which was included in the package and the rooms had lot of cockroach and washroom was stinky and not clean

Tv was not working. Water pressure was less. Shower was not working.

The room was very small and hot water was not available.
