Overall experience is

I had a booking in my name (Manav Gupta) at Fab Hotel Oriental Suites, and we had taken 4 rooms for 2 days. Our stay was really good. The receptionist was very friendly and professional, and we were provided a welcome drink during check-in. All the rooms were clean, freshly painted, and the renovation work (as informed by the receptionist) has made the place look neat and fresh. Many of my friends were visiting Bangalore for the first time, and the hotel staff suggested good nearby places to visit. We also came for visa purposes and needed multiple PDF printouts—more than 100 pages. The night-shift manager helped us with all the printing and refused to take any charges even when we insisted. This was extremely kind and helpful. Overall, we had a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends, and we will surely visit again in February.

I had booked the room at this FabHotel Oriental Suites in BTM for my family and to my surprise, the property turned out to be too good. The location is great because all the shops and restaurants are nearby. Our room including the corridors, staircase and terrace, everything was clean and well kept. The staff was very helpful and active. We did not face any problems. Moreover, the rooms are quite spacious and there are parks nearby if you want to go out and relax. I would strongly recommend this hotel for a family if they want a short stay in BTM layout or a bit longer may be. Madiwala lake is also a short walk away from FabHotel Oriental Suites. Overall, my family won't think twice before booking the room here again if they plan their next visit. Great job team.

One of the best budget stays that I have come across around BTM layout. Very close to the main road which makes it and other places very accessible. All the staff members are extremely polite and professional. Special mention for Mr. Tapan who was my go-to person for anything that I required during my 10-day stay. He always made me feel that I have a homely atmosphere around. Room service and housekeeping was very prompt and the property was maintained neat and clean at all times of the day. Keep up the good work!

Hi, recently I stayed Fab Oriental Suits, Bangalore. Few staffs good with smiley that too check out time, while check in no smiley and felt bad by looking at them and i asked something (toiletries), if we stayed two members they should check and kept before, nothing. I went down something to buy in their only staff guy given toiletries and something i felt like I asked free and grab something from them. Rooms are good, but not that much. And they were saying for us only, keep the plates or coffee mug in kitchen room, that's not good it seems. Food, not good and idly too hard and no tasty also and bread omlet was good and location is good, finally, over all 2 out of 5. But check out time we met two staff, they are good with smiley, that's only thing which was good.

I booked a room for a family friend. This is a couple with 3 kids, all minors. I spoke to the staff and asked them to give the couple an extra mattress so the kids can stay with parents and we were willing to pay extra for this service. However, the staff disagreed and said they do not have an extra mattress facility. I mean which hotel doesn't have it. I was still cool as they said you can see the room and if you feel all can adjust in the king size bed, you can pay. The rooms were occupied so he asked me to come the next day. I agreed. Then I get a text saying I haven't paid advance and if I don't do that immediately, my booking will get cancelled. I called the hotel staff but they didn't answer so then I called Fab support. It was a horrible experience talking to them and making them understand my situation. The questions that came were how 3 kids. Are they their own and stuff like that. Why can't a couple have 3 kids. Is that an offence??? I apologized to the guy as this couple didn't do family planning or as they did not consult him before having the 3rd kid. Then he tells me kids can stay with parents, they will provide extra mattress. I said pls make sure the hotel agrees as I didn't want any last minute confusions. Then he tells me I need to pay for kids over 8years. I said I never said no to that. I am all in to pay extra. Then he says they can't entertain this as per hotel policy. When I ask more details he tells me he wasn't able to connect to the hotel and was making assumptions. He created a mess on the call and on asking for manager disagreed for that too. The experience was so bad I cancelled the booking and went for another hotel. So many policies that change every now and then and no one aware of these. When asking were the policy is stating this, they panicked. As per Fab support, the hotels under Fab has different policies for each hotel. The hotel can decide on what their policies can be and how they want things to be. I really liked this place and always referred this to people but henceforth...sorry. it's a big NO. Bad bad very bad experience

Firstly, Fab hotels is the worst. They only respond when you have to book a room. They speak to you very nicely but once you pay the amount you can forget talking to them ever again. We faced an issue with the booking and tried contacting customer service but no, they do not even pick up the phone and you just can’t reach them as your number is already saved under booking hence our issue was not resolved .Also, I don’t really know how this place has 4 stars! First of all it’s definitely not a 3 star hotel. It’s very basic as in; the mattress and bedding are alright but you find that all the bathroom fixtures are not working properly. Health wash, shower,taps, everything has some issue or the other. Also no amenities in the bathroom except for 1 small bottle of shampoo and 2 towels. Not even soap! And also, when it rains water comes into the room(suite room). The exterior photos are also taken in way that the actual location is not visible. It is right on the road with parking in a narrow parking lot or the road. It is alright if you are looking for a budget hotel with location convenience but it is definitely not on the luxurious side. The owner/manager was quite helpful though and spoke pleasantly.

I went with my family and I had a really shady experience that I had to leave the premises immediately. I had booked for 3 days June 16 to June 19. I happened to checkin on June 17 12 PM and checked out within 15 minutes of checkin due to the bad state of the hotel. The hotel was so rusty and cleanliness was really bad. It didn't look like a 9.1 rated hotel in Booking.com. I spoke to the hotel owner and asked him to cancel, 17-19 booking and I'm ok to pay for 16-17 booking, he mentioned that I speak to FabHotels customer support as the booking was made via it. I tried reaching out to customer care multiple times, however the options it states does not state this booking at all, so hence feeling helpless and reaching out to you on mail. The Amount total paid is 6195 for 3 days. Please do the needful as me and my family has to rush out of hotel for facing this bad experience.

Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The service was poor, and the rooms were in extremely bad condition. The photos displayed online are completely misleading—what we saw in person was nowhere close to what was shown on the website. The rooms had a strong, unpleasant smell, and cleanliness was clearly not a priority. Elderly women in our group were not treated with basic respect, which was deeply upsetting. The hotel staff, including the receptionists, were very rude and unhelpful. There was no response to calls made via the room telephone, and getting any assistance was nearly impossible. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Most amenities in our room were not working. TV was not working, Split unit was stuck at 17 and even the phone handset had wires falling off each time you picked it up. Linen was not changed till we demanded and there was no refurbishing of toiletries like hand soap. The commode was washed maybe thrice for the entire 14 days that we stayed. The cleaners just came splashed water and left. Wifi was a headache. In the end, we just shared hotspot after giving up on the hotel wifi. There was no drinking water and when we asked they gave us one bottle. We were told to buy water after that. There was no complimentary coffee/ tea sachets as is available in other hotels. We were even asked to go and buy the mosquito coil or whatever ourselves. Breakfast was the most disappointing affair. There was no spread and if you order more than one paratha (actually a chappati) we had to pay. Coffee was barely a mouthful and when we ordered another cup we were charged for it. I only continued here because of the proximity to the Ayurveda Centre for which I had come to India. Treebo they said, was your sister concern so I refrained from going to another bad hotel and somehow pulled along. Last week I stayed in the Treebo in Lucknow. It was a normal experience like in all hotels worldwide. The breakfast had different arrays and coffee/ was available without extra charge during breakfast of course. The rooms had all the facilities your hotel lacked. I am very disappointed with my stay in Fab Oriental and I would not recommend it to anyone. There is nothing Fab about it
