I have booked this hotel for 2days for my Parents, they are so happy with the Room, Food and staffs behavior.Breakfast is really awesome with lot of verity.Thank you team Fab and Team of Rotano grand for making my family happy.
First of all the map location shared for this hotel is wrong in both MakeMyTrip app and the one shared by Fab hotel in WhatsApp. The property is not have a board as Fabhotel and not even the name as Prime Stay I. The property is terribly affected due to under construction site in front of it. They listed a building originally named WhiteRabbit Bar and Restaurant as Fabhotel. They provided a clean towel after asked them the replace the used one kept in room. No toiletries provided. Their map location even in google map is wrong, to show that they are in a good location.
Significant improvements are needed in customer service. We arrived from overseas and had booked four rooms at this hotel, including paying extra in advance for early check-in. However, upon arrival straight from the airport, we were told the payment hadn’t gone through—despite having confirmation (there was apparently a miscommunication with the department who took the initial reservation and the hotel), which would not load due to poor Wi-Fi at the hotel. As a result, we were forced to pay again for a separate room, and only one room was provided, even though we were a group of three families with children. Additionally, we found two cockroaches in one of the rooms, raising serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene.
Hotel name is different, drinking water and breakfast not provided despite charging the extra, not maintained well, stinking smell allover room, don't get trapped for fake ratings, I have booked through redbus, receptionist asked to cancel my booking and pay the amount at counter nothing went well during the stay, won't book this hotel again and and I don't recomend
A horrible experience! The receptionist who stays during the night is very rude. I booked a double sharing room for my parents and it was 2:30am midnight when we reached the hotel. Since it was too late so I couldn't go to my pg and requested to just stay for the night but the receptionist was not agreeing to let me stay for that night. He was like he doesn't care where I go and stay that night but he cannot let me in. That's some shitty rule that they have! The same thing repeated the next day too and my parents were really very upset with such a behaviour. Not only this, despite being their daughter, I'm not allowed to visit them in their room. Only in reception I am allowed to meet them. It was more of a jail than a hotel! Who makes such shitty rule man! Also network is very poor in that area, jio airtel everything is totally dead. You cannot even GPay an uber auto in that area. Hotel wifi is WORST specially that of the 2nd floor where we stayed; despite repeatedly complaining about the wifi issue, nothing was done. Also there is no dining so you cannot have food there. Even they didn't provide kettle upon asking one. So not a good experience overall and would not recommend it to anyone.
One of the worst places to stay in Bangalore. Cockroaches, broken chairs, impolite staff and average rooms are all hall mark of this place. 1500 per night is quite expensive for a treatment of mere 500 rs worth room. Badly managed hotel. Nobody is bothered. It has pub on the same floor so you can expect loud noises especially if your room is close to the entrance. No complementary breakfast as well. Very unprofessional attitude by the front desk. 1500 per night is too much and they have 11.00 a.m to next day 11.am booking concept. If you want to extend by even one hour they demand the whole one days rent. If one is looking for customer experience - please forget this hotel. Its like, if you want to stay you stay, we are not bothered. The entrance of this hotel which is from the ground floor through a lift, is always unclean and littered. Will end by saying this, when a business enterprise looses its passion to serve customer, to give them a good service, its time to close the business! Sad to note that Marathahalli lacks basic, clean and affordable hotels.
I didn't had a good experience. The location was not good. They have a club right next to the hotel which has noise at night. Before booking I asked for an extra bedding they said they will provide but when I was at the property they said no. Only gave 1 water bottle per day.
When I told a friend I was spending a night there, he suggested me to sleep in the car (perhaps he had read the reviews but not me). I enter the room and it reeked of cigarette. I switched on the AC and the smell reduced. Now I wanted to a bath but the shower head was 20% functional, it must have been hanging there for at least ten years without cleaning if not more. The wash basin tap almost came out when I turned it. Finally, when I went to bed, the pillows, bedsheet and quilt was full of sweat smell. Enough I said and complained at the reception. They changed the room but only marginally better. Less of sweat smell but bedsheet had stains. Tap was miles away from the basin. Next day, I went for the breakfast and the staff was following me like I was going to steal their cutlery. There was no live counter and plain dosa were kept on a plate, cold and insulted. Never again at this hotel. I will heed to my friend's advice and sleep in the car if reviews are this bad for any hotels in future .
very shabby hotel not worth the price. doors doesn't close all taps are rusted. No Toleteries given. next to pub
