    "The worst experience I ever had with a FabHotel. The lure of saving some money ~500, cost me a lot more. Location is pretty bad in front of the hotel. Shanties line the streets as its an underdeveloped area. Which is okay imo, people gotta stay somewhere; however ladies might feel unsafe. It is near Indiranagar, and SV Bus station along with 2 metro stations nearby. Thats where the good ends. No person at reception & no professionalism seen by the Manager. I was sweating while trying to find a person to checkin; which took around 20 mins. The whole interaction was stressful and the manager was very rude, condescending and unhelpful. At the very least, rooms have working AC, and fan. Now comes the worst part of the stay or whatever you might call it. The room had a horrible pungent smell which made me nauseous. When I switched on the lights, the sheets had dirt, hair and what not. Probably unclean, and recently used. The towel had dirty brown stains. When I picked it up, there were more grizzly dirty stains on the sheets, and the very thin bed linen. The mattress was squeaky as well. The walls were dirty, with stains of dripping liquids & gutkha, along with peeled out paint. Some sections were covered with dried out sticky stuff on the walls, and the headboard of the bed. I was so disappointed, that I just left after an hour of introspection. Booked my regular place which cost me 600 more than what I paid for this place. Meaning, it cost me double at the end of the day. Not at all a place for someone whos hygiene conscious."

    "The behaviour of the staffs were very bad and rude. I had my stay of 12 nights, the weather was quite cool so asked for electric kettle or boiled drinking water to which everyday they used to say kettle is missing or unavailable so my request cant be entertained. As my stay was long I requested to change my bed sheets which was always turned down reason they havent received new bed sheets from laundry. Few of their false ceiling lights were not operational. Very frequently I travel to Bangalore but will never travel to this hotel again."

I requested a late check-out, and they graciously allowed me to stay two hours beyond the usual time. In the morning, they provided tea and breakfast exactly as I had requested. The service was top-notch, and Im truly grateful for the receptionists help. Highly recommend this place for their excellent hospitality!""

    "I would likely to give a five star rating for this residency as everything was superb and good including hospitality ,rooms, service, etc except one thing that I lost during our stay, ie, the sleep. We stayed here for a day on the third floor but we were experiencing very loud and harsh noice from the nearby building for every 15 minutes and it was really annoying and harshful. Due to this noice, we were not able to properly sleep during our stay, the loud harsh noice seems to be from the operating of motor/ac, not sure on this, but its very very unpleasant."

    "I recently booked this place for 3 of my guests at what can only be described as a fake hotel, and I was thoroughly disappointed. From the moment we arrived, I encountered rude staff who seemed more interested in collecting extra cash than providing any semblance of hospitality. Despite having a reservation, they tried to charge us additional fees that were never mentioned during the booking process. When I questioned these charges, the staff became defensive and unhelpful. It was clear that customer service was not a priority for them. The room itself was subpar—dirty and poorly maintained. It felt more like a scam than a legitimate hotel experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. Save your money and avoid the hassle! I booked this hotel from make my trip even they couldn’t able to help."

Reception side 2 boys gave room in terrace at first and after an argument they gave room in second floor which is also below average with conditions i mentioned above. Fabhotels should not include this hotel in their group. I moved to another hotel in morning."

    "I recently booked a stay at Season Suites JP Nagar through FabHotel, expecting a smooth experience with early check-in as confirmed by their customer executive. However, upon arrival, the receptionist claimed they hadn’t received the internal mail regarding the early check-in and had no idea that I had booked a luxury class room with a balcony. After a frustrating argument, they finally allowed me to check in early. Unfortunately, the room itself was a major letdown. It felt like a 30-year-old room with broken fixtures, and the balcony door was damaged, allowing mosquitoes to enter by evening. The cleaning solution they used on the floors was sticky, had a terrible smell, and made it unpleasant to walk barefoot. The Wi-Fi was painfully slow, resembling a 2G connection, making it impossible to get any work done. Additionally, the room boy who came to assist with the TV and Dish left without even solving the issue, showing poor service and training. Booking id for reference:QPLEXL"

My family (70-year-old mother, wife, three-year-old child, and I) traveled from Coimbatore. *Misrepresentation and False Promises* 1. Room mismatch: Actual room differed from WhatsApp photo. 2. Baby cot misrepresentation: Photo showed three-person capacity, but room suited only two. 3. No on-site restaurant, contrary to claims. *Poor Customer Service* 1. Rude staff refused to address concerns. 2. Unresponsive management: The hotel manager didn't answer calls. *Additional Issues* 1. No AC: Forced to pay ₹800 extra (total ₹7110). 2. No hot water: Staff showed indifference. Our nine-hour journey ended in disappointment. We felt exploited paying ₹7110 for subpar accommodations. After we reached hotel, we found room is very small, hardly two persons can stay. Also hotel reception informed us that there is no communication regarding third person. When I tried calling her, she didn't respond to calls and messages. She only messaged to wait, she'll check, but never got back. I had to request reception guy for allowing third person and he agreed upon payment of 500 extra. After entering room, we found it is with full of cigarette smell. I tried using my deodorant but of no use. Again after many requests to reception, they changed room at 1030 pm. Before that my son already vomited because of the cigarette small. The changed room was good, but no lock for bathroom. I have been with fab hotels from last 7-8 years, but this is the first time i had faced such issue with bad booking experience and bad room. I always had high regards for fab hotels as the rooms are pretty good and clean. Fab hotel management should seriously look into such issues, otherwise the brand name may get affected."
