Checked in around 3 am with out any issues. Had work in sagar Appolo hospital which is exactly opposite to this hotel.

There was a lack of water in the hotel, no towels or change of mattress cover or blanket for long stays. And drinking water also gave one and half liters for 5 days 4 nights.

Washroom was sticky and tiles where not properly washed

The location is great and price is fair for the location. However dont expect much in service or amenities. the room is all you get. Shower head gave very little water, had to use bucket. No shower gel or handwash provided, had to use one soap for everything.

Room was with cocroaches, Bathroom door handle outer not there, TV not working, During check in they did not give us towel also. But after requesting they provided, Hangers not provided for hanging clothes, AC not cooling

Dirty linens, no toiletries and dental kits provided, washroom and room were unclean, broken furnitures and bad odour.

The entire room was a mes ,bedsheets where very dirty and torn looked like cheapest oyo room ,bathroom was stinking no water no towel,no toiletry no ac working the list is never ending ....

*Location is the only good thing* rest are sub standard. No clean room. No coffee/tea. No water bottle. No toiletries. No non smoking room. No proper late night receiving. No proper towels. No breakfast - which we paid Just lot of Nos

Washroom wasn't clean room not cleaned properly

Room service was extremely disappointing. The hygiene standards were poor, and the breakfast quality was far below expectations. Overall, it was a complete waste of money and did not provide value for the price paid. I strongly recommend not choosing this hotel for your trip. The service and cleanliness need significant improvement.
