Staff members have to be more polite. Felt one was a bit rude at first. No toiletries were provided. Hot water could not sustain for longer time.
It really sucked , the person at reception was very rude he couldn’t even communicate properly, they didn’t even provide paste or soap and the room for god sake it was really untidy and the blanket were unclean , he was asking for extra money for bare minimum service . Very very bad customer service, the manager sucks, rooms are very bad no locks at all .Person at reception is worse,such a bad experience from him. Rooms not so clean. But again and again highlighting person at reception very bad behaviour,not even looking at face while talking
