Great place for stay. I booked second time. Good hygienic is maintained
Rooms were clean and excellent. The property is placed in a convenient location to access tech parks in Bellandur.
Great place for stay. I booked for second time. Good hygiene is maintained. Bus stop at around 200 m. Affordable rates. Highly recommended.
What is promised while booking was delivered. We see a lot of cockroaches roaming around.
Rooms are average . Landline not working and WiFi is not working reliably. Breakfast starts at 8 am which makes us skip it though we pay for it. Noise in room. Overall exp is okay but could be improved
My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and full of issues: 1. Cleanliness was horrible Cockroaches were everywhere even on bed, making the stay unhygienic and uncomfortable. 2. Basic needs not provided for two guests, only one so-called complimentary water bottle was given in the room. If you need more, you need to pay extra. This is unacceptable because drinking water is a basic need, not something hotels should make money out of. At least two bottles and two towels should be provided by default, and unlimited drinking water should be standard. 3. Non-functional AC Despite booking and paying for an AC room, the air conditioning did not work. When I requested a room change, I was told that no AC rooms were available and only non-AC rooms could be offered. This is unacceptable, as guests pay specifically for the facilities promised. 4. Hot water issues Even though there was a big geyser, proper hot water was not available, making it completely useless. 5. Uncomfortable bed the bed was nothing like it appeared. It seemed to have a hard wooden base beneath, which made sleeping extremely uncomfortable and disturbed rest throughout the night. Even after paying a good amount, the facilities and services were pathetic. This was one of the worst hotel stays Ive experienced with Fabhotels. The management must fix these basic issues and stop misleading guests.
Do not stay here Do not be fooled by the low prices and even the fab hotel customer team No smart tv / no hot water / They do not even provide drinking water bottles to resident guests No good food service And on top of that They do not provide fresh linen I had the worst stay here. Do not recommend
I didn't had a good experience. The location was not good. They have a club right next to the hotel which has noise at night. Before booking I asked for an extra bedding they said they will provide but when I was at the property they said no. Only gave 1 water bottle per day.
very shabby hotel not worth the price. doors doesn't close all taps are rusted. No Toleteries given. next to pub
Disappointing Stay Despite Courteous Staff My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. While the staff were polite and tried their best, the room conditions and amenities were subpar. There was no hot water due to some issue, and they had to arrange with lukewarm water in a bucket. Ventilation was poor, and the air conditioning barely worked, making the room uncomfortable. To make things worse, loud DJ music from the attached pub next to the room wall went on until midnight, making it nearly impossible to sleep. It’s surprising to encounter such poor hospitality in a hotel located in the heart of the IT corridor. Not recommended.
