Hotel was good but fab u have to check the location link u had sent me ... It was a different hotel location and it was difficult to reach there

This is a fantastic property with easy access to Horamavu main road and few minutes walk to ORR. It is a 2 BHK service apartment. The rooms are as shown in the pictures uploaded by them, no exaggeration or editing. Mathew has been a great host, helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family as well. P.S. Total value for money.

A Budget friendly hotel with spacious rooms for an individual or family stay. Excellent location in the midst of Frazer Town with walkable distance to nearby shops, general stores, hospital, mosque and coles park garden. The hotel staffs are courteous and co-operative. We will visit again...

Asking to pay extra when the app shows 1131 , the staff and the owner asking to pay extra it was a terrible experience

The Property which was booked in the app was not the property the from reception told us. These people have a different hotel in which they accept booking for the advertised property but send the guest to the other property which is not clean and looks like a dungeon. Smart move on accepting bookings for the advertised property and sending the guests to the other but it's. Not going to work with me. Better luck next time

It really sucked , the person at reception was very rude he couldn’t even communicate properly, they didn’t even provide paste or soap and the room for god sake it was really untidy and the blanket were unclean , he was asking for extra money for bare minimum service . Not even worthy for one night stay . They dont even have locks for bathroom .!

Very very bad customer service, the manager sucks, rooms are very bad no locks at all .Person at reception is worse,such a bad experience from him. Rooms not so clean. But again and again highlighting person at reception very bad behaviour,not even looking at face while talking
