Staff at the restaurant was really friendly. I really liked the hospitality they provided and make our trip more comfortable.

I've been a regular guest at Hotel for over two years now, visiting every month, and I must say that my experience has been consistently outstanding! The economical prices, coupled with their top-notch hospitality, make this hotel a true gem. The staff is always warm and welcoming, but I'd like to extend a special mention to Mr. Gopal Sir, who has gone above and beyond to ensure that my stays are smooth and hassle-free. The hotel's proximity to nearby offices is a significant advantage, making it an ideal choice for business travelers like myself. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with Fabastra Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and convenient stay.

Room is good and nice to stay. Service person could not able to fix dish problem even though constant follow up. Dish tv was not working

Washroom was so clean and hygienic.Hats off to the people there.

Rooms are good location is very convenient and cosy place with all facilities front office admin Mr.Gopal ji is very helpfull and cooperative person in guiding person for traveling for New person and handling small issues pertaining to rooms , bathroom taps and accessories needs to be upgraded as they are very old and wornout

Nice hospitality,good bed, cooperative staff,good social sense,food was fine ,it was a beautiful ambience around , location was good ,things were taken care at short notice , overall a beautiful stay, would surely recommend.

It was on OK experience at the Waves. Room was ok, bathroom was not. Washbasin was leaking, shower handle was broken etc. service was also ok, but nothing exceptional. There was no one to carry the bags to the room. No hot water kettle in the room, asked for one and got it for a few hours and they came and took it back :-) I needed a room closer to Azim Premji University and this was it. However I may stay a bit farther next time. Not worth for 3500 per night

Room was just ok and food was just ok. They did not provide bill to me yet. I called them to ask to send to my mobile number with an explanation that email was not given properly while booking, reception person asked to call customer care. I called them and waited for 10 mins and disconnected , reception simply refused that they will not be able to send bill to my WhatsApp , but they send all other updates to WhatsApp. Won't be preferring this hotel for my next stay in the upcoming months.
