I was in bangaluru last week, Genuinely i was impressed by the hospitality and the staff , all were so kind and mindful. Good hotel and well service, if you have low budget then definitely you can stay, they have a in house restaurant also which is pocket friendly. And staff behavior is good.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. My children were bitten by bed bugs during our stay, and the bites were all over their bodies. One of my kids even had an allergic reaction, developed bumps and blisters on the skin, and was crying in pain. I had to treat him with calamine lotion to give some relief. This was extremely distressing for us as a family, and it completely ruined our stay. The hygiene and cleanliness standards here are unacceptable, and I strongly urge the management to take immediate action to resolve the bed bug problem. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until it is properly addressed
