Can't say if I really felt anything bad. My experience was superb. Awesome food and very quick room service. Everything was too good. Staff was very supportive and cooperative.

Mixed Experience I recently stayed at this hotel and had a somewhat average experience. On the positive side, the food along with the rooms were a highlight. To be honest I enjoyed them. The cleanliness of the hotel also met my expectations. The rooms and common areas were well-maintained and tidy. However, the room service could've been better. Overall, it's a decent place to stay if you prioritize good food and cleanliness, but don't expect a particularly memorable experience.

Very disappointing experience. WIFI never worked in 3 days of stay. There are hardly any amminities. For this price tag breakfast was not included was surprise. You donot get a cup of tea as well without getting out of the property. So overall not a great experience.

Probability the worst experience I got in this hotel booking through FabHotel customer care number 7042424242. FabHotel is a third party booking agent and under which 'Rove inn' at Hesarghatta Road, Bangalore, is registered. I booked through FabHotel customer care number, and booking was confirmed after payment of 30% of total amount in advance. But when I reached hotel during evening time with my family, hotel manager said, they don't accept booking from FabHotel. I was denied the entry. I was allowed to enter room after I told them to inform police. Sadly FabHotel customer care number didn't respond to solve this. It was a very agitating situation and we had to gone through tremendous mental disturbance during night. I am surprised to see, this kind of fraud hotel business happening in city like Bangalore. Even after booking, people have to struggle to get room. This hotel is unreliable when you book through online app or phone number. And FabHotel is another fraud agent. I had to face harrasment without any mistake from my side, even after paying 30% money in advance. Be careful while booking through FabHotel. I heard, even they don't accept booking through MakeMyTrip and other online app.

I have booked a family room with one queen bed and one single bed as per the description on booking.com site. While checking-in they gave me a deluxe room (very small) with one extra mattress to sleep on the floor. I felt cheated by FabHotel guys, bcoz I paid Rs. 5700 odd for one night for small room and inconvenience of sleeping on floor. Whereas these rooms are of 2k price, if one books directly. The staff at the reception says...we don't know anything (this is online booking), you talk to customer care. This is a pain, avoid Fab hotels, they are just booking agents makes money as commission without any commitment or service. Sharing this, so that no one face this challenge in future.

Worst hotel experience. The bedsheets and pillows were dirty, and they don’t change the bedsheets for new customers. The receptionist was irresponsible, and I couldn’t sleep all night because of this dirty hotel.
