Very good
Average hotel. Not very hygienic. Balcony adjacent to the room was dirty. Dampness in the walls. Staffs were cooperative.
Staff was kind and helpful. While the room and bathroom was clean, the bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty with multiple stains.
My personal experience very bad very very bad my personal experience waste my money
The hotel has strangely good reviews due to which we booked the place. However, the situation is totally opposite. The rooms were dirty and full of mosquitoes, and lizards who would welcome you to the bathroom. The hot water facility was challenging and the food options were not even basic. Even if I go ahead and talk about the brand FabHotels the customer support is also disappointing. I had done a premium room booking for two adult ladies and did the booking in my name. When I reached there with my friend and we were about to check in they asked me to pay extra charges for the extra person. I was so baffled because the premium room accommodates two adults and that was what I booked. However, they didn't co-operate or give us a logical understanding of the expenses. They didn't even reimburse the advance I had paid for which I must have received a 100 msgs back to back the day I had booked until I made the payment. We were two ladies and it was already evening and the team just outrightly exploited our situation. When I told the receptionist that I will write a review on this they tried to pacify us by giving a better room but even that had poor infrastructure with broken window sils, non working geyser and no towels or complimentary water for the guests.I have attached the image of the mattress given to us and that too was changed after continuous request of two hours. I don't know if this is a specific experience or if it is the general experience for all. Except for one service guy Himanshu (who really tried to be nice and got us shifted from our so called Premium room) I have no words for others. The city Prayagraj had been the best experience for us with honest people and thoughtful arrangements. This hotel however where we thought we would rest was the bad memory of this trip .
We showed up at midnight after booking this place online called FAB TRIVENI , WHAT A DUMP!! Trusting the photos and the online exicutive promises. What a nightmare! Bedsheets and blankets had cigarette burn holes and disgusting stains that looked like seman something no guests should ever find . The washroom bucket was melted, the mirror frame was broken, and most furniture was falling apart. The room reeked, was damp, and wallpaper was peeling off everywhere. Taps looked like they hadn’t been touched in years. It was filthy and clearly never cleaned, to be clear they probably swapped the bedsheets without washing them in years . Total scam and a huge waste of time. Stay far, far away from this dump!
So it was a two day stay at this hotel. I will speak about the things that went wrong at this hotel. 1- We had paid for the breakfast during the booking of the room online. On day 1 - we got 2 breads and a cup of tea for breakfast. On day 2- despite requesting so many times (8am onwards till 9:45 am) - NO breakfast received. And they finally said - madam aap baahar se breakfast mangwa lijiye. This was when we had already told them that we had a flight to catch and wanted to leave by 10am. 2. By mistake we left our two steel forks with the food plate on day 1. We requested them again and again to return them, they refused. 3. Every hotel has a complimentary waterbottle per person per day. Here, for 2 days they charged us for 4 bottles of water that we got. And the more shocking ending was - MRP Rs 20, and they charged Rs 30. Also, they refused to give us a pakka bill for it. When we tried arguing, they refused to listen. 4. The final bill that was given to us ( again nothing pakka, just a hand written paper in a rough notebook) - included the food items taken by customers in other rooms as well!!! When we pointed this out to them, initially they started fighting that by mistake they had written other room numbers in our bill, but finally on insisting that we didn’t have - the maggi, poha etc written in the bill they finally agreed to remove them from it. But again - No pakka bill. Really a terrible experience at this hotel, very very disappointing. Will never recommend.
*...True review and ignore all the paid reviews. The map photos doesn't match with the room at all. The road is too crowded and congested....* This hotel doesn't deserve even one star. The staff was extremely rude and showed a complete lack of communication skills. There is no parking facility at all; we were directed to park at a nearby house, but they refused to give us the keys to access our car. When we needed something from the car, the staff refused to help, telling us to take our car out and find parking elsewhere ourselves. The rooms were filthy, unhygienic, and incredibly poorly maintained. The entire place had a shady atmosphere, with suspicious activities going on at night, making it a terrible choice for families or anyone concerned about safety. The experience was nothing short of appalling.Avoid booking this hotel at all costs. It is a disgrace to the FabHotels brand, and they should remove it from their listings immediately to protect their reputation. This place is a complete nightmare and should be shut down.
The manager is a cheater, do not book this hotel. I booked 2 rooms through FabHotel, on arrival he completely rejected that to provide any room on the booking amount and demanded extra money. On complaining to FabHotel he did provide me the rooms but I am attaching the images for your reference (i booked 2 deluxe rooms). A few issues which i faced during my stay:- 1. Rooms and bathrooms were not clean and stinky. 2. Gates do not close properly/ security issues. 3. Gates of washrooms don't close at all, in fact in one room there is no lock provided on the door. 4.AC was making too much noise, even an animal would not be able to sleep in this much noise. 5.No drain cover in the washroom, one wall of the washroom has a big opening towards the lobby. 6. There are spit marks all over the sink and floor of the washroom. 7. All the fittings are open. 8. I came here with my family in the late night around 11 pm, and this kind of behaviour made it a terrible experience with FabHotel.
