Nice Room ,Staffs Are Very Good Location Is Near By Main Road Overall Stay Was Very Good and Comfortable
Food quality is good. Behavior of staff r friendly and professional.bathroom is too small, need to improve. Overally good experience.
Rooms are a bit small as compared to the one shown in the picture. Service is great. Our phone fell on one side of the bed and the staff was quick to help us out. Bathroom could have been a little bigger
The hotel is located 05 kms from the Airport. It is in a quiet area, inside a by-lane. There is nothing much around the hotel, apart from residential houses nearby. As we entered the hotel, we could smell a bad odour. The environment inside the hotel was shabby and claustrophobic. The lift is too old and operates with manual doors. The lift doesn't function until it is properly locked. So if someone has left the lift open, it will not work and come to the respective floor. We had to use the stairs multiple times. The room was small. Bad odour could be smelt. The bed was of queen size. The gray bedsheet was torn and full of holes. The pillows provided were too thin and couldn't support ones neck. The floor mat outside the bathroom was super dirty. It seems it wasn't cleaned ever since it was placed there. The bed was uncomfortable and shaking. No electric kettle was provided. The bathroom was too small and cramped. No hotel water was available in the bathroom. There was no geyser or toilet rolls. There was no ventilation in the bathroom or in the room. The room has no window. The breakfast provided was not sufficient for two persons. They didn't have an in-house kitchen or restaurant. The breakfast was provided from outside. Only one cup of tea was provided for two persons. Please consider all pros and cons before booking.
The rooms are horrible and the hotel owner is always in the mode of arguement for every small things. The service is horrible and they don't care about anything apart from your money. Rooms and toilets are smelly Moreover they have kept the checkin and checkout time in such a manner that you will have to pay for 2 days if you want a normal stay. Avoid since plenty of hotels are available nearby.
I wish, if booking.com would have allowed me to give ZERO star. Worst choice of my life staying with FabHotel. Just by keeping name Fab- it doesn't makes you Fab. If I'll start from the entry to exit- I think I deserve refund. 1st- they don't have card machine they only accept via QR or Cash. I'm not an Indian resident so I don't carry much of INR and also I don't use PhonePay or Paytm. 2nd- We were 6 guest and booked 3 rooms. In the rooms there were only 3 towels in total. Upon asking from front staff- they told me that hotel is fully booked and they ran out of towels, and the suggestion that I got from the front staff is- "Sir, I think you all are family, so you can share the towels" WTF. Who shares the towel- literally after a long debate for a minute or two they ended up giving me only 2 more towels. 3rd- I wish I can stop here, now, let's go inside the room- there were burnt holes on the bedsheet (here is the proof) in all the rooms, and also in the bathroom taps were leaking- and if you are travelling with senior citizens- guys there is no hot water services in the hotel. They told me that there is some issues with geyser in the hotel. If you ask anything- the prominent answer is there is some issues in the hotel. C'mon why on this earth you are running business if you have issues with your hotel. Guys, please avoid booking with so called FabHotel (not so Fab).
First thing, *Do not book hotels from FAB* We had the very worst experience with them. - We travelled to Bhubaneswar - Prior one day of our check in hotel, it got closed due to some dispute - No prior updates received from FAB hotels for the hotel closures except the check- in notification in same hotel. - We had to call FAb customer care which took 1 hour and we were on road standing 11 members with so much luggage. - They provided an alternative hotel called " FAB Hotel Airport Residency, which was 5 km away from the current location where you don't have any hotels for food, ola , Uber and rapido won't reach, if any how they reached they were charging extra. - A new hotel is basically an apartment which is converted into a hotel. - They were making good coffee only not food like Upama, Pohe etc - they don't know how to provide service. - some rooms are little and some are okay with no hot water supply. - The hotel is full of mosquitoes rather than customers. - For the first two days I personally requested an all out machine and liquid which I did not receive. Last night they provided. * Do not book any Fab hotel * * Dreadful experience *
I'm writing this review with a heavy heart as I've never felt so disappointed and disgusted by a hotel stay. #Fabhotel Greenland Classic was a total letdown in every aspect. The rooms were filthy, with cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, dust bunnies lurking in every corner, and a mouldy pillow that permeated the air. The bathroom was even worse, with mold growing in the shower handle and a toilet that seemed to have seen better days. To make matters worse, the hotel's online advertisements painted a completely different picture. The photos showed pristine rooms and luxurious amenities that were nowhere to be found. It was clear that the hotel was engaging in deceptive practices, misleading customers and taking advantage of their trust. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying at #fabhotel to think twice. The lack of cleanliness and hygiene poses a serious health risk, and the false advertising is simply unacceptable. There are countless other hotels that offer a much better experience at a comparable price. I will never stay here again and will be sure to warn others about my terrible experience.
