The room was clean. The surroundings and the hygiene was also good at the hotel. Staff was courteous and was quick to resolve any query. Location is perfect if anyone wants to visit Jaipur in its full pride. Perfect location, where everything is less than 10KM's away.

The room was far worse from what was shown in the picture, even though it was just ok for the price, the picture was completely misguided. The checkout time is strictly at 11:00, and after that they would charge 600 (not negotiable), even though you extend it for 1 hour.

Staffs r co-operative though, but the hotel owner and fab hotels needs to understand that rooms and jail lockers r different. The rooms are very dirty, no cleaning, tv not working, ac not working, and the bathroom is just a box type of thing, no geyser, dirty bathrooms, smallest ever I've seen. Worst experience, not expected fab hotels like this

They are asking for more money then shown in the app/website while confirming your stay they aren't listening to us and saying if you don't pay more you need to go back.

Booked this hotel expecting basic amenities, but it was a complete disappointment. The kitchen hasn't worked for over a month, yet they continue to take bookings without informing guests. There were no utensils provided, the bathrooms had no exhaust, and the geysers didn't work at all. Management was unresponsive and careless throughout the stay. To top it off, the positive reviews online are clearly paid and misleading. A terrible experience overall-definitely not recommended.

So dirty rooms , no cleen atall . Washrooms are very dirty. Water leakage . Full of cockroach and mosquito . No room service even they don't understand proper hindi also . We stayed GREENLAND RESORT last time . That's why we plan to stay near to Airport with same brand. But it was a worst experience.
