The first problem is with you. I was denied check in as the property management is having issues with you (Fab). They asked me to call the customer care and inform. They asked me to do so only because you were not answering their call and not settling the transactions. Because of your mismanagement, as I understand in the first hand. In a way they were supportive and respectful with me during this entire process. Later the next day morning, I asked about breakfast as it was included in my package. But, I was informed that no breakfast would be served at hotel. I did not want to go into details and took care of it by myself. I just decided not to book hotels henceforth on fab hotels, at least in near future. Infact, I am dissatisfied with fab.

it was unexpected, first of all the room was not given according to the booking I book for the premium rooms, next he told that they will shift the room but no response I was waiting for a lond time they came at 5 clock in the evening for the shift , again they shifted the room but no key was provided when I ask for the key but no response I waited a lot and at the end I checked out

I chose this hotel considering the location and the brand - fab chain of hotels. Unfortunately, I see the service is very bad from the staff. Inspite calling many times for either water, small issues, etc.; the room service takes 1-2 hrs. While checking out, calling reception to send a person to carry luggage; there was also delay in that. The receptionist simply said there are no people to come and carry luggage although he knew that we are. Checking out in sometime. The staff behaviour is very casual and careless. For anything, they say only sorry and do nothing. I haven't expected such worst experience from fab chain of hotels. Also, considering the room maintenance, room cleaning, receptionist tells that there are very less staff and cleaning couldn't be done when you say. We will do when we have time. Very rude & worst behaviour. Room amenities are present but not maintained like lift isn't working properly, wifi connection is repeatedly fluctuating within 5-10 min, the room bed/sofa aren't cleaned properly during checkin. I request fab chain authorities to check this hotel and do some proper audit so that they don't take advantage of being fab chain and providing service of 1-2 stars. This is a complain or feedback I wanted to give to fab.

If there were a negative star rating, I would have given it. This is one of the worst properties I have ever seen. All the walls were full of stains, and the pillows and blankets were in horrible condition. The place was full of gutka and cigarette smell I had to cover my nose with a mask the entire night just to sleep. There was no hot water and no proper electrical plugs

Not able to check in as no one responded the call to find the hotel location. Please refund me asap.

This guy Samar or sameer whatever his name is, is a fraud. Just because he wanted a booking, he sent me room photos very neat and clean, but the room provided was the worst. The blankets, bedsheet every thing was dirty. There were beer bottles in our cupboard. Guys whoever is planning to visit any of their hotels, please do not get cheated. Nothing about this hotel was good. Fabhotels are pure fraud.

Water bottle wasnt provided. i was given a smaller room than what i paid for.
