All staff good

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

There are so many Mosquito in the room. I have not sleep the night because of the mosquito... I have seen the pic in the fab app that tub room is mention in the pice what price I have book the room but there are no tub room in this price ... So please mention the proper pic with the price so we can eassy to book the room and we get enjoy the room what we have booked ...I thought I will get tub room but I have not got ..... But okay no problem .... Thankyou

Staff was bad...i booked from for 4 days for 2 people... That was my mistake... They didn't clean the room for even 1 day... Also, they used to give Breakfast around 11 which is the checkout timing means they were just in waiting for your checkout and i called them before checking out that i want Breakfast early bcz we have to leave early and they provide breakfast for 1 person at last day like they're doing some favour on me... Really mannerless... But yeah 3 stars for room which is very small but enough for two and cleanliness.

Cigrette smell was there when checked in. Hot water facility not there. Food was good ,however staff told me that i can order food before 23.00 however my second order was at 22.30 they haven't accepted my order. In tv some channels were not subscribed. Ac was exactly parallel to the bed due to which it was was uncomfortable. Lastly the big situation is of the mosquitoes,even the all out was there still the mosquitoes were there till my check out time.

Very rude receptionist when I check in previous time he suggest me for bathtub room I go for it and I like it when I check out then hi give me his card to book directly and giving discount whenever I book then I call him today for checking he told me some price and I said you told me that you are giving me discount then he refused and said lena hai to lo ye price mein nhi to kahi aur dekh lo I said why are you talking like that I am not using fre I suggest to all of you go 2- star hotel even lodge but don't book here manerless reception he even don't know how to talk with customer and I also told receptionist I know your owner he gives me discount receptionist directly say owner ne bola to kya hua mai ider rehta ho jo price bola usme lena hai to lo nhi to time kharab mat karo don't go there and waste your time

Upon our arrival at precisely 12:00 PM, we were asked to wait for five minutes before the staff escorted us to our room. The room was extremely small, with dirty walls and bedsheets in terrible condition. The pillows were of poor quality, and the sink tap was broken. Additionally, the TV was not operational. When I requested the manager to have someone deliver the package I had ordered to my room, I was told to come outside to collect it myself because they were busy. Later, after ordering food, it was delivered one and a half hours later, despite our repeated inquiries about the delay. Overall, my experience at Fab Super 7 Inn was terrible, and I will ensure I never stay there again.

We had booked the room one day before, but just because we checked in at night they gave us the room with bad condition. 3 rooms were shown all had some or the other issue, the bedsheets were not clean or there was some smell in the room. The room we got the faucet had no stand, the knob of shower was broken, the vent in the bathroom was not working, there was no telephone and mainly the flush was not working. Plus the reception guy was rude when requested a better room. Not considering this place again.

The rooms were infested with cockroaches, and the room service was extremely poor. I had paid extra for breakfast while booking through the official Fab Hotels website (₹100 per person per day), but they refused to serve it. The receptionist was also very rude. The worst part was during check-in they claimed the room had been cleaned, but we found hair strands from previous guests. I requested them to clean it again, but there was no response.
