Hotal is good,

No drinking water, towel, soap given. V small room suffocating, washrooms not clean, room full of insects and cockroaches, very terrible experience. Breakfast was not offered. I booked through booking dot com. They asked extra charge for extra mattress even though i paid that while booking. I managed to sleep on one bed with two daughters as there was no extra place in the room for mattresses. Pathetic and terrible experience. Not sure if any representative of fab hotel ever visited the site. Pls reconsider.

There is no Door lock in Room 101 provided. AC is not working properly, Room lights very limited and not visible. No Lift from Ground floor to 1st Floor. I never expected my stay will be so horrible. Nobody is there to help for carrying luggages, So dirty environment. It was not expecting from Fab Hotel to tie with such low grade hotel. I will never recommend anybody to book through fab hotels.

Had a terrific experience

This hotel is not as per the standard of fab hotel chain as i experience it was the worst i never thought of such an experience. It is ghosty and gives a feel of a borthel

Very bad experience. This group fab hotels is a total fraud. After they get their commission i.e., the advance amount you pay while booking, they are least bothered to help you afterwards. One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed. It doesn't have any lift, too small rooms, toilet seats are broken, doesn't answer to your calls and you've to carry your own luggage to the 3rd floor where staircase is also not good. If you want to ruin you vacation then you can book this 3rd grade hotel or else please book somewhere else. Worst decision is to book this horrible hotel. This fraudulent Co. Will not even provide you the direct contact no. of the hotel. Afterwards their number will also not answer your call. They will give you bad service but they are not ready to hear your feedback. Please do consider the reviews of the hotel before booking it. They're not charging any less amount and giving services not even like a 1 star hotel. Book from fren group or treebo but not this fab hotels. They are fab from the last.. Nothing more to just just worst, horrible, disgusting, ridiculous and everything bad. Even the customer care of fab hotels behaviour is very bad. Avoid this fab hotels. They will say breakfast is included and will give you poha or bread butter anything else you want dosa or anything that Will be chargeable. On the other hand you book any other hotels in same price you'll get buffet breakfast with everything. Very very poor experience with this fab hotel. We couldn't stay there so we checkout from the hotel on the same day and stayed somewhere else. They didn't even called once to check why we left their hotel while we still had next 2 days booking with them. So bad so so so bad.. Even 1 star rating is more compare to their service

This is the worst hotel ever stayed. Whomever had reviewed in a good way must have been paid by them. A weeks back I stayed with a group of friends, and it is the worst services. 1. In the website it is mentioned toiletries will be provided but none. 2. No tissues paper for the toilet. After multiple times, they provided tissues paper that used as napkin is provided for toilet. 3. The staff will bring breakfast without asking without customer choice or it is aslo a sign of checkout time. 4. We know that check-out time is 11 am, but the staff will ring the bell at 8 am, which is very disturbing. 5. Their door bell is very loud that even the next room door bell hear like it is ringing in your room. 6. The room that you seen in the website is not exactly as it is. 7. There is no lift as it is mentioned. But trust me, you are not gonna like the way their hotel runs. It looks a like brothel ways in. From the reception to the room is looks a brothel ways of enter. 8. They don't have menu list. So you won't know the price. If you asked the staff about the menu, the staff will say it. But you would not the belived the amount and quality of food is not worth it. 9. They sell rs 20 of water is rs 30. What on earth of this kind of hotel. Which means they are taking 50% gst of water. 10. Bed sheet, pillow cover and blanket is damn dirty. I asked two times to change it. Then the staff got angry. 11. The only good thing about the hotel is the location. 12. There is better hotel in the first and second floor. Do check it out. 13. Never recommended this hotel. The amount you paid is not worth it.

Well where do I start? In the entrance to this delightful hotel was what appeared to be a half naked dead man. This was then followed by 3 flights of stairs to what looked like a building site where the walls were stained red with no spitting signs and dust covered wheely bins. On the 3rd floor is a glass door leading to the welcoming reception area where the staff have every area covered by cctv and will have watched us pass the unconscious man and also carry our luggage up the 3 flights. At reception only comment was "passports". The rooms were windowless basic boxes that did not reflect any of the pictures from the booking site. The mattress was an inch thick, the bedding was well worn. The air-conditioning was functioning and when switched on was slightly smelly. No smoking signs around the room but the room has 2 ash trays and smelt of stale smoke. Again red stains to the walls. The noise from reception and neighbouring rooms persisted till at least 2am. Would I recommend this hotel, only if your only option was sleeping in a similar situation as the dead person in the entrance doorway. We booked for 3 nights and left after 1.

UNCLEAN HOTEL AND IRRESPONSIVE STAFF. FAB express feels like a scam We booked this hotel through fab and paid a booking amount. We were shared some photos on what's app that looked good. When we reach the place, the hotel was on building on the 3rd floor and the first two floors were empty and smelled bad. The hotel staff were neither responding to our questions on safety responsibly not were the rooms clean and ready. What was not shocking the rooms shown to us was not the rooms shown in the photo and were super dingy and unclean. When asked questions the hotel blames fab and fab did not respond to our queries. Very irresponsible from both parties. Would recommend you to be very careful before booking this place especially if your with family. I have yet to return a refund as well. Update Adding folks I talked too and who later did not respond. 1) Tanisha from saleswhi stopped responding in what's app 2) when I reached FAB customer support, they blames me for not taking photos or complaining before the booking date. When I told them I had to roam around to find a new place they blamed me for loosing money and put me on permanent hold. All of them are complete scamsters. Stay away from FAb all together
