"The room 301 and 304 was full of cockroaches and when asked for change in room, we were asked to go to room 104 which also had cockroaches. The room was bot upto the standard of fab hotels and we had a pathetic experience. We do not have pictures of the hotel room but definitely the same was appraised to the manager of the hotel"

"Pathetic Hotel in an even more pathetic location, .The room booked via fabhotel had a mismatched picture upon reaching the property. They showed a lower quality room at what I booked.Unhygienic conditions in and around Hotel premises.Very Untidy rooms, litter in room which was not even upon repeated requests. Cockroaches roaming around. Would NEVER recommend this hotel for anyone. ask for a better hotel from an auto rickshaw if visiting a nearby location. Zero RATING Dont book this hotel based on the pics. Its totally a humbug. The pics dont belong to this hotel. The abandoned forts would be cleaner. Before paying the fare, visit the room. The people here know if you see the room the next moment you would either vomit or then faint. So they make u pay. This hotel is not less than a dungeon. The photos of hotels are stolen from some clean n well maintained hotel n this is just to cheat people. No lifts. Bedsheets r sinces decades. Rooms have not been cleaned for so many years. Trust me there would not be a hotel worse than this universally. Thanks for cheating everyone dear hotel management"

"Very horror experience in this hotel...staff behaviour is extremely rude they don't even know how to talk....they r talking like criminals if we asked about something immediately they started fighting...we stucked in this hotel we booked for 4 days but every tym they r asking to change room..on first day AC not working, they asked to change room another room bathroom light not working again they asked us to change room again same problem washroom flush not workin...they don't even given drinking water, for everything thing we have to asked more than ten time then only they listen..for food also very bad experience we order 12 chapati and dal fry first they given 4 chapati and rest 6 chapati they given after 40 min...they are purchasing food from outside local shop because not proper hygiene chapati they wrapped in news paper...lots of complain....plz don't choose this hotel for stay...room and bathroom smells like gutter...we r not expecting this service from fab hotels ..we stayed lots of tym in fab that's why we choose but this time highly disappointed...they made us regret to choosing fab hotels."

"The hotel staff is really rude and they don't miss an opportunity to loot the customer. Room had cockroaches and was smelly. Receptionist was so fucking rude and didn't give a shit about customer satisfaction. I asked them that I had to keep luggage for two/three hours and after that I had to board a flight and they denied that they dont have room for luggage in their hotel and afterwards they demanded 1200rs for 3 bags which was insane. I never had such a bad experience. Not at all safe for family to stay there. Lot of couple activities happen here. I hope Fab hotel should discard and kick them out of thier chain as they are just ruining the image of them."

"Horrible place to stay. Three sharing room is what they have shown is not actually like that. They presented false pictures on app and website even this is confirmed by hotel manager. That they do set rooms just for photographs. They dont have extra bed for three sharing but it showed in pictures. There were crocrotches in rooms. Hilarious experience and highly disappointed. Mr. Chandan in call center also lied to me regarding the extra bed. Fab hotels cheated me. I will be escalating the same issue in consumer court with proofs."

"Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."

"Never ever stay at this hotel. Had a terrible experience there. Staff is rude. Some strangers tried to open my room from outside during midnight hours. Rooms are smaller than a normal bathroom and have a stinky smell and cockroachs all around. AC, TV Nothing works. Not recommended if you are traveling with a female, family or kids. It's ideal for all the illegal activities that goes inside closed rooms. Not ideal for civilized people."
