FabHotel Prakash Inn
This is one of the best-value places to stay near Mumbai Airport Terminal 2. The staff are polite, and the rooms are clean and well-maintained. Before arriving, I had seen many negative reviews about this property on Google Maps, but after my stay, I found those concerns did not reflect my experience. In fact, my stay was comfortable and satisfactory.

Very Good & Clean Rooms With Good Service.

I had the pleasure of staying at Via Jayshree for 7 nights, I had three rooms there and it was truly an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The entire staff was extremely courteous, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, making my stay even more relaxing. The overall ambiance of the property was warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Definitely a 10/10 experience! ⭐

Rooms were near and clean as well as the room was cleaned with the sheets being changed everyday. They also provide 2 500 ml bisleri bottles everyday post cleaning the rooms. 950 metres from Saki Naka Metro Station and by Rickshaw it's 23 rupees fare. Don't let locals fool you by asking 40-50 rupees or more. The Hotel is located right opposite the Bright Petrol pump. I would like to specially mention the Hotel front desk Manager : "RAVI" who was very respectful and polite as well as welcoming, not like the other manager. Cleaning Staff is also very helpful and kind as well as provide quick assistance in anything. Food is quite good and not of too expensive. Even the bathroom fittings are of Jaguar company. No medical store nearby so kindly pack the required supplies as required. Had a pleasant experience and might Visit again.

Mixed Experience – Helpful Staff but Unjustified Extra Charges We recently stayed at Hotel Prakash Inn after a long 700 km journey from the South. While the hotel itself was decent and the service boys were extremely helpful—especially Mohsin, who went out of his way to assist us throughout our stay—our experience started off on a sour note. Upon arrival, we were charged ₹500 extra per room for an early check-in, even though the owner wasn’t around and it was the receptionist’s decision. Despite explaining our exhaustion from traveling such a long distance, the receptionist insisted on the charge. We paid it simply because we were too tired to argue further. Other than that, the stay was comfortable, and the staff (apart from the receptionist) were courteous and attentive. I would recommend the hotel for its service team, but management should reconsider how they handle early check-ins, especially for guests arriving after long journeys. The hotel Rooms need a bit of paint and the new linens or washed linens every time for a new check in

I didn’t stay at this hotel in spite of having a confirmed booking - I tried to contact the hotel many times and received no response, as an international citizen I wasn’t able to pay their deposit but absolutely required the room so persisted to contact them to find a solution (having travelled India for 5 months I’ve done this smoothly many times). When I finally got through to someone, I was told that as per my reservation on booking.com, he could see it was confirmed, but went on to say the hotel was fully booked - fortunately I discovered this just before boarding a flight to Mumbai and was able to very quickly book a different and reliable hotel, thankfully not getting transport in the middle of the night to a place that would turn me away as a solo female traveller in Mumbai in between two days of solid travel. Customer service is appalling and I will steer well clear of this ‘Fab’ hotel brand and encourage others to do the same. The location isn’t where it claims to be either.

The most worst bukwassssssss underrated poor hotel which I ever stayed in my entire life!! This hotel is disgusting : | Please don't get fooled by the photos which they uploaded here this is so scam and I is not at all looking like that in real No hygiene, No hot water, worst rooms and washrooms ,No good reception, Power cuts and having no generator for alternate source Not at all safe for girls as the windows of bathroom is slight open and this is attached to bar and is visible while taking bath, horrible experience

Extremely bad experience with Fabhotels platform and the Hotel Jayshree. First of all, Fabhotels changed the hotel to different location which was 2/3 kilometers away (From Chakala to Ville Parle, Mumbai.). Hotel Jayshree has a big hygiene problem, room conditions are pretty bad. The walls are peeling off. The commode has dirt lying inside. The TV would be 15 years old 22 inch ones. They did not provide a remote for the old AC saying that its not with their policy. Entire room had a awkward feeling. Asked for a chair, they sent me a broken chair. I don't know how on earth Fabhotels onboards a hotels like this and how on earth, Fabhotels changes hotels randomly. Somehow managed to spend one night in that shabby tiny room. Even the towel they provided are not cotton ones.....very old synthetic ones which are not even white. It was a scary experience to say the least!!
