"Worst Hotel seen in my life. Worsen were Customer care executives of Fab Hotels. It was my biggest mistake to booking with #fabhotels . Early checkin - 500 rs extra for 2 hours. 1. TV not Working 2. Room is Stinky 3. Blanket / Bedsheets are not dried and stinky. 4. Top on that they charged 500 rs extra for early checkin. (Ok with that provided the stay had comfortable.) 5. In the name of breakfast its 1 butter bread with tea. 6. Size is smaller than you think. 7. Price - 2400 rs per night (Huge) + 500 rs for 2 hour early chekin. (Looting) Customer care executives are worsen, they thrashed guests. So arrogant, rude and abusing. They say, Do whatever you want to do we are like this only. Had to leave hotel in between as couldn't bear more. Asked them to refung but they did not accept saying once booked, it can't be canceled. Fanky websites but Fake Services. Never ever will book again by fabhotels."

"When we checked in, the toiletries as promised were not provided and we had to ask for it, after which the staff gave us shampoo and soaps. The bathroom and room floors were sticky, and we had to ask the staff to clean it for us. The wifi password was not shared with us as they 'could not generate the pin'. For breakfast, there was no veg option available, and despite being promised a free breakfast, we had to order it from outside. The staff did not comply with our requests promptly and we were made to repeat our requests each time, nor was the attitude welcoming and hospitable. The shower in the bathroom was also not working as it should and the water in the flush was so limited that we had to flush twice at an interval of ten minutes for one time cleaning. We were thoroughly disappointed with the stay at Fab Hotel Kandivli west"

"Never going to book a fabhotel ever again because- 1. The bathroom sink kept overflowing. 2. Service was not upto the mark. They were not addressing our complaints to the point where I had to escalate to customer care. 3. No toiletries provided. 4. TV stopped working 12 times. Wasn't available for almost 2 days. 5. Cockroaches in bathroom. 6. Blankets and bedsheets were worn out and unwashed. 7. WiFi wasn't working for few hrs and signal was horrible. 8. Management of this hotel is a disaster. 9. Only good thing was the doorman who greeted and helped with luggage. 10. Food was disgusting. had to order from swiggy all the time. 11. Please please clean under the bed.. there were insects breeding there. All this being said,. I hope I never find a hotel like this again. Waste of money."

"The place was previously known as Glamour Hotel and eventually they still operate a part of the hotel with the same name for their old aquaintance.The place looks good after renovation and a tie up with Fab Hotels.If someone can omit the site of passage till the staircase it's a very good place to stay if you are travelling for work.Kandivali station is just few steps walking.The staffs are still a little direction less,but the room boy in the morning shift was really great and extremely curtious.Unfortunately I didn't ask for his name but my humble gratitude towards that guy,he ran twice to the Kitchen to ensure that I get hot parathas for my breakfast.Altogether a very good experience and if I have to visit Kandivali again I will stay at this hotel only."

"It was really below pat hotel for the amount which I paid... I had satyed far more better hotels for lesser amount than this.. Very bad experience.. room was tiny to be actually said. It wasn't as it shown in the photos while booking. They don't provide tissue/napkin, no dental kit, no shaving kit, no hand towel nothing. Worst food I have had in any hotel i had stayed soo far.. It was brought to me openly and it wasn't even hot. Food which we order was brought by swiggy/zomato coz they don't have their own kitchen. We can order ourselves and only needs to go der for sleep.. Pl don't suggest or display any hotels without doing proper background survey.. It was a waste of spending 3100 for that hotel"

Bhagat , I'm use spring inn hotel for stay...but when I'm paid already full payment they provide me little room and also not proper toilate amenities like flush was not work, smelly environment in toilate..jet pun not proper work....after half day I call the hotel reception but they not receive then I call fab customer care they solve my problem in 10 min..they provide me good and big room..the Hotel situated nearby a local station..it's good..but I explain only my experience they must improve and must odonil keep in toilate...but otherwise everything good..helpful staff"

"Hotel is quite new and recently renovated. Hence, Rooms are quite fresh and tidy. Ambience is good, Food is appropriate. Staff is also co-operative. Property doesnt have car parking but If ask at reception they can arrange safe parkinf for you at minimal charges Some improvements could be with better soft pillows, beds. Towels could be better water absorbent they were soft could be because they were new. Overall good for stay. Thanks"

They do not even have the basic amenities. Everything is charged more than their actual price. They do not even have the dining room or they do not even make food for the guest. "Breakfast they get from roadside and server. Low quality and un hiegenic. Room was full of mosquitoes. They give electric ketle with no tea or coffee in room. No floormat outside bathroom. Room rent is inclusive of breakfast, but if you dont call them they will not give it to you. If you call them they forget to give. One water bottle provided among 2 guests. Every time you order food, they want cash each time."

"I am not happy with Fab Spring Inn Hotel, for 2 people they had provided only 1 water bottle, for pre check in and post check out they charged 1500 extra, in breakfast they had only upma/Poha and 2 slices of bread butter, noone came to clean the room on 2nd day, WiFi was not at all working. The room which I chose while doing the booking was different which I got, I was looking seperate beds for 2 people."

It was renovated and started operation around June 2018, they are still to develop on many parameters like wifi, toiletries etc. but still the hotel seems to be a perfect place for staying for a short business trip, where your only intention is changing and a little rest."

"Locating the place was difficult as there is no clear signage, especially when you arrive late at night! Secondly the rooms are decent! Very deceptive from the photos, so thats a bit misleading! floor mats to wipe your feet outside the bathroom was missing, would have been great if it was there. All in all, a decent hotel to stay on a budget."
