During my visit to Delhi to attend the SATTE 2025, I chose to stay at this hotel. I couldn’t recall why I have chosen this hotel, but to be very frank and honest, this is the BEST decision I have made in staying in Delhi. Let me tell you one by one, as this review might be useful for many viewers and others who would like to stay in this area. 1. The location – the exhibition was at Yashobhoomi Convention Centre (YCC), which is far from the main Delhi city. Due to the heavy traffic in Delhi, I chose to stay as much closer as possible to the YCC. This area is called Dwarka. I searched for hotels in that area and eventually ended up in this hotel. This Hotel is just 10 minutes away from YCC. 2. Arrived early morning (around 05:30am) after such a hassle from another hotel, but the 2 young boys at the Reception was extremely friendly and helpful. When I say EXTREMELY, it means a LOT. They were very courtesy on my request and assisted me to get a room, which got vacant just that night. How lucky I was. This is the quality of staff which we need to see at 7-star luxury resorts. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! 3. The rooms are spacious, and the toilet was well working. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the toilets were fixed with basic amenities. The room has a table and chair for working and a sperate table for your books and other materials. 4. The serve the breakfast to the room on plate. It includes 2 bananas, boiled egg and bread and a cup of chai. It was a decent and balanced breakfast to start the day. If you want, you can always opt for a heavy breakfast outside. 5. Location – trust me, this is the best bazaar in Dwarka area. When you come to the main road, its is full of international brands and local brands. Cloths, food items, MINISO, pizza, subway, bookshops, pharmacies, bike shops and you name it; it is there on the main road. I was so excited! You can just walk the whole day and night on this street and complete your shopping without going to an expensive shopping mall. 6. There is a park next to the hotel, where you can enjoy a morning walk or even a romantic evening at the park. 7. You can handover your laundry items to the reception, as they normally collect very early morning. The price and quality of work is unbelievable and unbeatable. This beautiful hotel is owned by a Pilot and he has decorated the hotel in such a way. I was lucky to meet him, during 1 night and we sat down for a long chat. He is a very kind, decent gentleman who knows the real meaning of hospitality. When I did my checkout I needed 2 carboard box to pack all the items that I have bought. The Hotel staffs, specially Rodeny and the other 2 (I don’t know the names) were so helpful on packing and even arranging the car to the airport. I left to the airport very early morning at 6:00 hrs to avoid the traffic and also to be early at airport. IF YOU ARE ATTENDING ANY MEETINGS OR EXPO IN DWARKA OR EVEN YCC, THIS IS THE BEST CHOICE TO STAY!

The blankets and pillows and bedroll were not washed and clean. Also the geysers and fan were not working for multiple rooms. Alongwith dirty rooms with lot of dust. Alongwith lack of security at the hotel. The staff was never present at the hotel and when seen were rude. Unclean and shayd rooms and what not. Everything was bad.

Very very bad...You people cheated me by advertising that the property is a 3 Star property while booking..But the reality is it ia a very low level lodge. As a lone female traveller it was very bad for me..I had paid for 3 days but checked out in 1 day..You are not re funding my money also. I have lost Rs.8000. do the needful

Everything was disoriented - pathetic place

Worst Experience at FabHotel Yashobhumi, Dwaraka Sector 23,New Delhi. Dear FabHotel Team, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at FabHotel Yashobhumi ( booked through your website). The hotel failed to provide the facilities agreed upon before check-in, making our experience extremely unpleasant. Here are the issues we faced: 1. *No transparency in payment*: We were required to pay the full amount before checking in. 2. *Unsatisfactory breakfast*: Breakfast was served in a pizza box with minimal options. Water was provided in a glass, which was unhygienic. 3. *No in-house restaurant*: The hotel didn't have a restaurant and relied on street vendors for food. 4. *Non-functional lift*: The lift was not working, forcing us to climb three floors with our luggage. 5. *Misleading website information*: Your website mentioned FabHotel Yashobhumi, but there was no hotel signboard, and we had to roam around for 30 minutes to locate the hotel. 6. Furthermore, the hotel's provision of blankets was woefully inadequate, especially considering the cold winter season. We were initially provided with a blanket, which was insufficient to keep us warm. Despite multiple requests, we were finally given another blanket, but this should not have required repeated asking. It is basic hospitality to provide guests with adequate bedding, especially during extreme weather conditions. 7. Additionally, the hotel's provision of basic toiletries was severely lacking. Unlike other hotels, no toothpaste, toothbrush, or other essential amenities were provided. Only a small piece of soap was made available, which is not sufficient for a hotel of this caliber. It is expected that a hotel, especially one charging around INR 3K per day, would provide its guests with basic necessities like toothpaste, shampoo, and other toiletries. Considering the poor facilities and services, the tariff of INR 3K per day is exorbitant. We have stayed in better hotels in the same price range (around ₹2,500) through Treebo, Oyo, and other platforms. I hope you take our complaints seriously and take necessary actions to improve the facilities and services at FabHotel Yashobhumi. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
