The room was spacious, the bed was super comfortable, and all amenities were top quality. Great location and excellent service—highly recommended. I would definitely stay here again!

There is no electric kettle / coffee maker at room. Complementary breakfast, but no restaurant or dining hall, so no buffet. And you are permitted only one item for breakfast - either bread butter ( 2 pc) or omlette or alu paratha. This is disgusting. But staff were very polite and helpful.

The blankets and pillows and bedroll were not washed and clean. Also the geysers and fan were not working for multiple rooms. Alongwith dirty rooms with lot of dust. Alongwith lack of security at the hotel. The staff was never present at the hotel and when seen were rude. Unclean and shayd rooms and what not. Everything was bad.

fab hotels room were booked for 13th jan to 19th jan 2026on 11.09.2025 and full money was paid in advance. i took tke no. from fab hotels customer care and contacted the property on 11th jan 2026 they are gelling that booking has been cancelled the customer care are giving inferior and cheap hotels with unhygenic conditions never book from fab hotels

Absolutely Horrible Stay – Avoid This Place at All Costs. Here’s why This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I feel compelled to warn others. To start, the hotel couldn’t even provide the most basic essentials. There were no towels in the room, and even after asking repeatedly for two full days, nothing was given. I purchased the towel from Blinkit myself (thanks to them for saving the day) The same story was with drinking water—apparently, according to them, guests only deserve a single 1-litre bottle no matter how long the stay is. For a place charging ₹3500–₹4000 a night, this is ridiculous. The hygiene was disgusting. The toilet looked neglected, and the bucket had yellow stains that made it clear how little effort goes into cleaning. It honestly felt like staying in a ₹500 roadside lodge disguised as a “fab” hotel. What made the stay even worse was the behaviour of the person running the place. From what I personally witnessed, he behaved in an extremely unprofessional, rough, and dismissive manner—calling out to guests casually and speaking to his own staff in a way that created an uncomfortable environment. It was the opposite of what hospitality should be. Overall, this hotel overcharges, under-delivers, and shows no respect for guests or basic standards. My stay felt like harassment rather than hospitality. Avoid this hotel. Spare yourself the frustration, the filth, and the attitude. Not even worth 1 star.

Zero marks to MMT through which I booked the hotel. There was No rooms even when I booked it 2-3 months prior. After reaching hotel, they said No rooms are available. MMT refunded my money and I had to search New one. But Hotel staff was very cooperative. They offered us coffee and also provided room to get fresh. Next time I will be conscious with MMT.
