I booked FabExpress Lotus Palace for 2 days for an official trip. Overall, I found it to be value for money. The room was clean and the location was also good, with nearby access to essential places. However, I faced some discomfort while sleeping as the bed was not very comfortable.

My experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was filthy plaster was coming off the walls, and the AC was so noisy that I had to sleep without it in this weather. I was already exhausted and had an early morning flight, but since I had paid in advance for a non-refundable booking, I had no choice but to manage somehow and stay. To make things worse, I tried reaching out to Fab support, but received no help from their end. Overall, it was a terrible stay and I would not recommend it to anyone. After this stay, I will not continue using the Fab Hotels app in the future.

My recent one-night stay at this hotel was unfortunately a significant disappointment, especially given the much steeper price I paid. From the outset, the lack of basic amenities was striking and frankly unacceptable for a hotel at this price point. There was no towel, no toothbrush, and no other toiletries provided in the room. However, as I had an early checkout scheduled for 6:30 A.M., I was dismayed to be informed that breakfast services would only be available after 8 A.M.
