Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfasts. I love the Karelian pies. The hotel is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places and metro, trams, buses and the Central Station. I will certainly be back."

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre.

Very decent for a short city break. Excellent location, central and well connected with tram/metro. Staff was welcoming, I arrived on a bank holiday and they gave me a leaflet with everything that was open. Ability to store your luggage after check-out. Great wifi. Breakfast buffet better than expected. Room basic but clean and comfortable.

This was my worst experience ever booking a hotel. I reached the location at midnight and the hotel said they do not have a booking by my name as fab hotels did not provide them with any such booking. I had to stay in a different hotel. This fab hotel is a scam just to herras the customers and money looting.

Worst hotel. Last minute change the price and looting the people. Service coordinates black mail it by giving threat to cancel the booking and increase the price drastically. Not answering the calls and dumb service at all.
