The availability of a kitchen facility is a huge convenience, and the lift facility made accessing the higher floors effortless. The staff behavior was consistently good—helpful, courteous, and prompt. Secure Parking: Vehicle parking is available right outside the hotel as street-side parking, which is monitored by CCTV, adding a good layer of security. Flexible Payment: They accept both cash and UPI, which is convenient for guests. Wi-Fi Issues: The Wi-Fi is available, but it was unreliable and had a persistent problem with frequent disconnections. This was frustrating when trying to work or stream. Average Food: While the kitchen facility is great, the hotel's food service (quality and taste) was unfortunately average. It was passable but didn't stand out. If you value spacious rooms, a central location, and friendly service, this hotel is a great option. Just be prepared for potential Wi-Fi interruptions and consider dining out for a better culinary experience.

My hotel booking was changed from sector 92 to 102 without explanations. The hotel rooms were not like the one advertised in the site while booking online. The kitchen were closed for breakfast even though money was taken for the bed and breakfast. The hotel was still under construction and steps covered in layers of dust. Overall a terrible experience never to be repeated by booking any fabhotels room online. Would like refund of money paid for breakfast:-(

I want to share my exp was terrible. Room did not have air conditioner. Fan was working at speed of 3 . We were sweating inside the room. TV wifi was not working . Food as per our choice was not available. We had to order food from zomato. It charged us rs 650. Exp was terrible. I want my refund .
