Hotel is v good for family v v good staff
Rooms were very old, rusted leaking taps, cracked wallpaper, very old building nothing like in the website. Frequent power cuts. Staff did provide prompt service. Room was cleaned properly.
Not recommended at all. Room was so stinky. The mattres was all spring it gave all of us back pain till the morning. Washroom was so dirty and taps were so rusted. They don't even provide a proper blanket with extra mattres. They provided us with wet sheets. Pathetic experience in this hotel. The property also looked very old and very dirty. Not at all recommended. Their blankets and pillows also smelled very bad I don't think they cleaned it after use by customers. Please avoid at all costs.
I have just entered the property room and disheartened, the room is not at all descent even toilet seat is broken and there is rust all over the toilet items. I asked the guy about the toilet condition he is saying every room has same type of toilet with same condition… wow this is the response. The tariff 4508₹ for two nights which do not meet this type of hospitality, also there is no electric kettle available which is basic. Please note the condition is not appropriate as per the photos you people display in the fab hotel website, as customer book the property by looking the same
The hotel location was only good part. Rooms were not as shown by fab hotels website..online gallery. hotel itself was not maintained in terms of cleaning, room had broken locks, even taps and toilets were old and poor condition.. even noticed a pest.. This was the case of deluxe room. I had booking with premium room tough which was even horrible.. so I opted to stay in deluxe instead. With same cost they didn't reduce the tariffs. Had my booking with breakfast, however staff were very casual, they need to be reminded abt breakfast.. didn't care abt other time. Would suggest do not pay the tariffs in advance. Lokk for your room on property itself and decide..
The pictures shown on the website are fraudulent. The actual condition of the rooms is not good at all the basic facilities like hot water kettle is missing. It is portrayed as a 3 star hotel which is absolutely not. I don’t recommend staying in this hotel.
The toilet ventilation is not functioning, causing a bad odor to spread throughout the room. Essential toiletries like towels, a dental kit, and shampoo are unavailable. Despite multiple requests, he only provided vague assurances but failed to address the issues. The AC filter is clogged. Out of two lifts, only one is operational, and there is no staircase for emergencies. The basement parking is available but extremely dirty, with beer bottles scattered everywhere.
Worst bed rooms, Its so smelly corridors, dusty sofa and smelly toilets. They don't have kitchen but don't know how they give food. Hotel entrance is full smell of restaurant oils. We give half also i can give you that,
The rooms don't look like the images at all. The property is very old and under-maintained. The sheets didn't look clean, washrooms were average with non functional flush. The flickering lights in the lobby remind you of some horror movie. I had to repeatedly ask for pillows and towels. Very very very basic for the money paid. FabHotels must audit from time to time and check if the quality is maintained. At some point I felt unsafe to stay there. The staff were quite helpful though, there is no other upside. I don't recommend this property!
"This is not just a bad hotel; it’s an absolute nightmare! Staying here was the worst decision I’ve ever made. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by **a stench of filth** and neglect. The rooms were nothing short of disgusting—**stained bedsheets**, **unwashed pillowcases**, and **floors covered in dust and hair**. The bathroom was a horror show with **mold, cockroaches, and leaking pipes**. The air conditioning was practically non-functional, and the room felt like a sauna. The Wi-Fi? A joke. The signal was so weak it might as well not exist. There was no hot water, and the towels provided looked like they hadn’t been washed in weeks. The staff? Don’t even bother expecting help. They were **rude, completely untrained**, and acted like they were doing me a favor by simply being there. Requests for room service or even basic necessities like clean towels were ignored. The manager was equally incompetent, brushing off complaints with a shrug. The so-called complimentary breakfast was a health hazard. The food was **stale, cold, and tasted horrible**, and the dining area was crawling with flies and filth. I wouldn’t feed this to a stray dog! To make matters worse, the location is unbearably noisy with no soundproofing, so forget about getting any sleep. It’s clear this hotel doesn’t care about cleanliness, customer service, or even basic human decency. **Please, for your own sake, DO NOT visit this hotel.** It’s a waste of money, time, and peace of mind. You’d be better off sleeping in your car or staying literally anywhere else. This place should be shut down immediately!
