FabHotel Maruthi Residency
Our overall experience at the hotel was wonderful the staff (except one individual) were warm, kind, and made us feel completely at home. The hospitality inside the hotel was excellent. However, the only unpleasant part was the behavior of the security guard named Basker at the main gate. Despite it being late at night and the gate opening directly to the roadside, he questioned us rudely and refused to let us in until we showed our booking ID. While we understand the need for security, the manner in which he handled the situation was unnecessarily harsh and unwelcoming. We hope this feedback helps improve the guest experience going forward.
