We had selected a double bed room and that wasnt what we got ..even the washroom was horrible.. The flush was broken plus the locks in the room were maybe made for Thor..needs fixing The housekeeping wouldn't understand what we would order, hence we stopped ordering... They didn't know what was a fork and kept getting us a spoon There was no wifi and TV for a majority part of the stay.. After selecting parking as an option, I would have liked them to open the gate for parking but the staff wasn't interested in all of that.. The gate seemed locked the whole day and the staff seemed interested in foreign nationals clearly! I hated my stay!! I had to wait for 6 hours for a cold bottle of water.. Not sure if the staff or their fridge need fixing.. Summers man,cmonnnnn If I can remember, Nobody even helped us with our bags.. 2 of us slogged out carrying 4 bags! This was my last time at a fabhotel!!

Room was very very terrible. No help from hotel staff at all . Do not stay in this hotel very small room

Worst experience ever and i am a frequent traveller due to my office work in PAN India still i can say worst experience ever. I have booked some other hotel of fab hotel in Hyderabad via Make My Trip ByBiz account i got confirmation whatsapp message from MMT with details of that hotel then i connected with that hotel they say we are already sold out connect with fab hotels they will help you further we cant do anything i tried calling fabhotels customer support number but they have not comnected me with any executive. Then i recieved whatsapp message from Fabhotels saying that my booking is in some other hotel which was not matching with MMT message and my booking and there were no number given of the property only location were there. I reached the google location and tried finding out the property i have asked multiple people all said there is no such hotel here. Then from an unknown 10 digit number i got whatsapp message saying my booking is transferred to other hotel and that was this Prestige Castle Hotel and this is 3rd hotel i am getting details again without any contact number and the property was 5-6 km away from previous fake location then i managed reaching the third hotel finally i was able to checkin the hotel but there was no cleaning in room bedsheets were spoiled and smells and cockroaches in room and washroom and no soap was given in washroom and it was already late night so i could not get soap from somewhere else also. Pathetic experience with the service of FabHotels, will make sure in future not to book and FabHotels room ever in future.

worst experience i ever had.. the person at the reception was way too rude.. he doesn't even bother if the customer is waiting.. when i finally after several attempts told him that i have a booking today.. he asks 1 person is goinv to stay .. i say Yes.. hs reply.. no boys allowed.. no othr guests allowed.. i wont allow all this.. moreover he says.. i tld u this before itself dnt tell me i did not tell you.. as if i dont knw all this.. oh ya if these are the hotel rules then there is a way to explain it to the guests.. he must hav proper training though..i guess he was being a typical orthodox uncle secondly. in that pics show a deluxe room (which means a room with a king size bed)pics show tat.. when i enter the room there are two single beds.. i called the reception.. n asked i booked fr a deluxe room with a big mattress as shown in the pic..bt u gav this room.. Hs epic reply- what is deluxe room.. i dont know he says.. Me being kind enuf patiently explains hm about d size f bed i was expecting.. hs second epic answer- those rooms we dont have.. if we hav also they are full.. it was lk .. he ws telling me u wanna stay .. thn stay or else get out.. wonderful management.. thirdly i called him again to change the bathroom mat.. i hav shared the pic.. these ppl did not hav minimum courtesy to change stuff when other guests enter.. fourthly.. im unable to latch the room door.. fifth- the bathroom stinks.. foul smell.. wasting all my money.. ...

We had worst experience with FabHotel Pear City Hyderabad. I will never recommend anyone to go there with family. Reception staff and hotel manager are cheater. They tried to move us to some other property giving some rubbish excuses. Unfortunately we agreed to those excuses as we trusted them. And we went to that other propt which was horrible. When we saw and asked them to take us back to FabHotel Pear City Hitech City Hyderabad property only which we have booked online then they said no rooms available now you have to wait until 12.30-1pm and started argument with us. We moved back to original property and they made room available. My wife is pregnant and I have a kid of 4year. This drama took 1.30-2hr and it was such a sick welcome to us after a travel of 15hrs. The manager said FabHotel is just online application. They are nothing to do with it, we are associated with 25 corporate companies. So FabHotel is having zero brand value with the properties they are associated with."Fabulous, or Free" this brand slogan should not be trusted. Ground reality is different. It's very big disappointment to me and my family.

1.Person sitting at reception was not less than a good. 2. Rooms were empty so I asked him if I can place ny luggage and go he said ny check-in time is at 11 and since there was 1 hr 15 min so he asked 400 Rs to give me early check-in early by 1 hr approx 3. Rooms were not having any water bottles no shampoo was provided .after asking couple of times he asked my to come to reception and gave me a small soap 4. Location is shaddy 5 fabhotel is just a side board which he also mentioned that it is used only for booking and it is Grand broholic hotel see attached image of his building. 6. Not at all a place for family. 7 there is no restaurant but if u ask someone will get food from a road side cart which is fill of dust and wrapped in news paper ...so ultimately u are also enjoying harmful newspaper ink 8. Ghyser does not work 9. Unfortunately there is not rating in negative I would request fabhotel to revisit this hotel and also do not degrade your image so low and not to provide cheap and shady hotels

I had one of the worst experiences ever staying in this hotel. I stayed from 25th to 28th December 2024 and faced multiple issues during my stay. 1. The hotel staff was very rude and arrogant 2. The room itself was very poorly maintained. 3. The bed and mattress were very dusty and dirty with all kinds of marks 4. The towels provided were not clean and fresh 5. There were power failures multiple times during my stay 6. The Internet was very bad and I had to change 3 rooms in 3 days due to Internet issues 7. There is no room service 8. There are constant noises from the main road traffic 8. There are not many restaurants and eateries nearby Overall, I will never go back to that hotel and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Please don't go by the price and discounts if you are looking for a decent room. There are many other options available with much better response from the staff Adding the response of Fab Hotels management as well for others' benefits.

I had booked 2 rooms here for 3days on booking.com and upon reaching there the manager there says he did not get any booking. Although I showed him the booking on app and the email confirmation, he was not ready to allot the rooms. And then he said, he only has one room for the 1st day and agreed to allot 2 rooms for the next 2 days. Out of no choice, we agreed to that. It's basically a paying guest setup within which they run this hotel business Rooms are small, and if you open the wardrobe, there is no space to walk out. Bedsheets and quilts were dirty. Good things about the place : Location, Parking for both 2 and 4 wheelers and WiFi quality was decent. Toilets are not maintained, faucets and shower were leaking. Toiletries were not provided. The 2nd room that we got the 2nd day was even worse. Half of the sink there was broken already and they did not even have a basic rail to hang clothes in the bathroom.
