Very comfortable to stay here, there is no disturbance & maintenance is good & staff supports customers very respectful..
A great place to fab hotel the pearl boutique, visit with family and friends. The food service is excellent, and the staff are courteous and friendly. The rooms are well-maintained with prompt room service. The owner is welcoming and ensures guests have a comfortable stay.
I had a pleasant stay at the property itself, as the rooms and facilities are quite good. However, I encountered significant issues with the booking process through the Fab Hotels call center. Upon arrival, the hotel had no record of my reservation. We had to spend time calling customer service to cancel the original booking and re-book directly at the front desk to avoid having to find a different hotel. Additionally, guests should be aware that breakfast, tea, and coffee options are not available on-site. While the property is a good place to stay, Fab Hotels needs to improve their backend coordination and service standards to prevent these inconveniences.
I stayed here for one night and had a very comfortable experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and neatly arranged. The bed was cozy, and all basic amenities like AC, Wi-Fi, and hot water were working perfectly. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The location was convenient and peaceful, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were polite, helpful, and responsive to any requests. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable short stay. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a neat and affordable place for a night.
Clean, comfortable room with a great bed and a quiet atmosphere. Enjoyed the stay and would definitely return.
The room was absolutely stunning never knew that the prices would have been soo reasonable. Value for money!
Nice stay. Clean and spacious room.location is good and staff were helful.
Let's talk about the worst things first. 1. After checking in, they just let you be on your own. Even for a water bottle you will have to call them 10 times, explain them that you need water, they will ask you to come down at reception as their is no service boy and after an hour if you're lucky, you'll get water. This happened to me 4 times while i was staying there, not even a single time i got drinking water without struggling this much. 2. As i told about such a must needed thing that is water, i also tried to order tea in the morning and i didn't got that too as well. You'll need to go outside to have your morning tea. 3. In my stay of 3 days, no one came to ask for cleaning etc. And when you go downstairs at reception, most of the time there's no one to attend you. You'll need to call them again and again on the given number and if you're lucky, they'll pick your call and get your problem sorted but i wasn't lucky enough to get my room cleaned in 3 days of stay. 4. Set your car on fire if you're visiting here and want to keep your car near you. There's no parking even when there's space. They don't even help you in keeping your car safe. So people with cars, just stay away from this hotel. 5. Mobile networks issue : as you enter hotel's premises, your phone will go out of network as there is no tower of Jio, VI, BSNL and most of the times even networks of Airtel fail. But hotel's wifi is just fine to keep your internet working. 6.Behaviour of owner is pathetic. Good things: 1. Manager/receptionist: i am forgetting his name, i think it was Nagarjuna. So manager was friendly and with a polite way he listened to my problems though solving them was not in his hands. He was the only nice guy there. 2. They are giving you a room with roof on your head to stay. *I AM NEVER GOING TO VISIT HERE AGAIN EVEN IF THEY PAY ME TO STAY THERE.*
Very poor service no wifi paid extra than the booking amount, No receptionist available Pls regret booking a room here , pay extra and get a good hotel
Let me bifurgate the review into points so that it would be easy for everyone to understand. First of all there are no positive points to appreciate in the pathetic hotel. So lets begin:-\n\n1. The receptionist\nWe have already informed him about the late check-in. We were about to check in the morning around 4:00 AM. We Met the receptionist and completed all the formalities. After that he told us to adjust on the existing bed as its late and housekeeping staff is sleeping so extra bed can not be arranged. We were 3 persons so we forced for it and after 45 mins finally got it. This was just the first instance. Next every time we gave keys for cleaning the room or ask for anything his tone was very rude and mannerless. Moreover he behaved as if we were staying there for free and asking for extra services from him. FAMILIES SHOULD STRICTLY AVOID !!!\n\n2. The room \nMost pathetic room one can ever imagine. Bathroom door was broken, no dishes in the kitchen, no spoons, AC was not working properly, no hot water, foul smell from every nook and corner and what not. In a double occupancy bed there were two single mattresses so every time we turned to the middle side our head went into the mattresses. The faucet of the kitchen was attached to a broken tile. \n\n3. Housekeeping staff\nIt doesn't matter what is the time if you order anything thats not free you have to pay on the spot. They wont even wait for 2 mins they need the money right then and there. While providing the extra bed(which was just mattress) we just inquired if they could arrange an extra bed with mattress and the answer was \yeh de rahe hai or kya chaiye ? Itne paiso main yeh he aata hai (what else do you need? This is enough as per the room tariff). \n\n4. Location of hotel\nThe hotel is located on the main road atleast. This is the only plus point for the hotel. No proper parking no security guards and no concierge. \n\nI WOULD REQUEST ALL THE READERS TO AVOID THIS ONE. CHECK THE NAME OF HOTEL WHENEVER YOU BOOK THROUGH OYO IF ITS \HOTEL ASTRA SUITES\ CANCEL IT IMMEDIATELY OR GET READY FOR THE MOST AWFUL STAY OF YOUR LIFE.
