I had a visa interview at bangalore. The hotel was close to the interview centre, vfs at Gopalan Innovation mall. I made partial payment in the app to confirm booking and balance at the hotel. The staff were cooperative and professional. The rooms were also neat and clean, except for the bathroom mat.

Good hotels

I went with my family and I had a really shady experience that I had to leave the premises immediately. I had booked for 3 days June 16 to June 19. I happened to checkin on June 17 12 PM and checked out within 15 minutes of checkin due to the bad state of the hotel. The hotel was so rusty and cleanliness was really bad. It didn't look like a 9.1 rated hotel in Booking.com. I spoke to the hotel owner and asked him to cancel, 17-19 booking and I'm ok to pay for 16-17 booking, he mentioned that I speak to FabHotels customer support as the booking was made via it. I tried reaching out to customer care multiple times, however the options it states does not state this booking at all, so hence feeling helpless and reaching out to you on mail. The Amount total paid is 6195 for 3 days. Please do the needful as me and my family has to rush out of hotel for facing this bad experience.

Hotel is good If you book without fabhotel app or booking through Fabhotel website thier services is worst, I have stayed in two cities and used Fabhotel app, one in Bangalore and another one is Surat Both hotels was franchise and more or less services was okay.. but I don't recommend book hotels using fab services they just takes their commission and once you booked they don't care about customer as soon as you paid the amount.. even I give my feedback to hotels not to use fab as a partner... Call and support team disrespectful talks, poor communication and lacks of responsibility..

Very bad experience , TV not working , Toilet - not neat

I booked this hotel a week in advance through FabHotels with a confirmed early check-in at 5:00 AM, and I was ready to pay extra for it. However, when I arrived, the staff was rude and unwelcoming. Instead of calmly explaining the situation, they spoke arrogantly and told me to come back at 12 PM, saying the hotel was full. There was no offer to wait inside or any courtesy extended. At 5:00 AM, with tons of luggage, I had to cancel my booking and look for another hotel, which was extremely exhausting and stressful. If early check-in isn't possible, it should be clearly stated at the time of booking — not after the guest has arrived. The staff attitude and lack of basic hospitality were very disappointing.

1. Found bed bugs at bed no sleep because of that and the room is not worth for money

Firstly, Fab hotels is the worst. They only respond when you have to book a room. They speak to you very nicely but once you pay the amount you can forget talking to them ever again. We faced an issue with the booking and tried contacting customer service but no, they do not even pick up the phone and you just can’t reach them as your number is already saved under booking hence our issue was not resolved .Also, I don’t really know how this place has 4 stars! First of all it’s definitely not a 3 star hotel. It’s very basic as in; the mattress and bedding are alright but you find that all the bathroom fixtures are not working properly. Health wash, shower,taps, everything has some issue or the other. Also no amenities in the bathroom except for 1 small bottle of shampoo and 2 towels. Not even soap! And also, when it rains water comes into the room(suite room). The exterior photos are also taken in way that the actual location is not visible. It is right on the road with parking in a narrow parking lot or the road. It is alright if you are looking for a budget hotel with location convenience but it is definitely not on the luxurious side. The owner/manager was quite helpful though and spoke pleasantly.

We have been reached there in the morning.... Yesterday you have told that you will give a room for fresh and for keeping our luggage at there.... Then today we camed you guys says that there will be no room for freshing and all.... This is our most worst experience we get while travelling.... So we have taken another room from another hotel

Do not trust the photos uploaded by the owner when making a booking. They even admit that the pictures do not depict the actual room available. After booking online, I found that FabHotels did not provide the cancellation and refund, despite the terrible quality I encountered. The rooms had a bad smell, broken bathroom fixtures, stained bedsheets, and clogged washrooms. It was a truly frustrating experience. NB : After a long fight, they moved me into a similar-quality pathetic hotel nearby.
