Wonderful staff with helpful room boys. Rooms are nice and clean. Really worth for the price. The manager at the desk was very friendly calm and highly trustworthy It’s situated near LVPI. So I got all my work done peacefully. There are lots of shopping centers around. I am a Doctor from Sri Lanka and once again enjoyed real hospitality of this nice Indian friends. All the best Fab. Overall it depends on the purpose for which you are staying there. If you are staying there for the visit at LV Prasad hospital for eye checkups, it is the best and the most convenient place ever. No other areas have good convenient stay and movement places. The only challenge is the food which you have to buy and have. The kitchen is closed there and there is wrong depiction of free breakfast in all the other booking partner apps which needs to be changed immediately. The rooms I feel however can be improved and renovated a bit as 2k per night for the room available is not justifiable. No smoking. And no drinking were a plus point in the hotel. Great cleanliness. A must recommend for every one who is travelling to Hyderabad for business, medical or be it any other reason. Rest all was great , the staff and services were great.

I am a regular visitor to this property, this was my 3rd time stay here and stayed for 10 long days this time...I am really happy with the hotel, it's cleanliness and staffs. The staffs were very good and helping....They tried their very best to make the guests comfortable and help in every ways possible.... although the hotel doesn't have in house restaurant but there is a tea stall and one restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner nearby....one most remarkable thing is that as smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited in the property, the rooms always smell fresh unlike some other hotel rooms of this range...also feel safe..and family friendly.....my overall experience was very good and I will definitely choose this one in my NXT stay also.

The location is convenient, close to amenities such as pharmacies and restaurants. However, the main street leading to the hotel about 100 meters away was quite unpleasant, as it had become a dumping area for garbage, making it unhygienic and smelly to walk past. The room I stayed in was below standard and had several baby cockroaches. The Wi-Fi was also unreliable, so I had to use my own mobile internet instead. The reception staff was not customer-oriented. I stayed for a week, and on my final day, I requested a late checkout due to my late evening flight. Despite explaining my situation and offering to pay a small extra fee, the receptionist insisted I must pay the full daily rate. Throughout my stay, I never requested any room cleaning service, yet they showed no flexibility or understanding. As a result, I had no choice but to book another FabHotel in Shamshabad just for a day use, which charged me ₹500 less for a one-night stay. The facilities there were much better, and the staff was far more helpful. I would definitely recommend FabHotel Shamshabad if you’re looking for accommodation near the airport.

Bitter experience with the service

Terrible experience! I absolutely regret staying with FAB Hotels A&M, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. Smarika from Fab Hotels booked us in and forgot to mention my 11 y/o kid and we were given a room at 11 pm in the night with 2 separate beds. When asked for an extra bed we were asked to pay 600 more because they were not informed by Smarika. She refused any help when called. But all thanks to Mr. Naveed who managed a smooth check in and I decided to stay in just because of him. Next day our breakfast came in much earlier than we asked for and it all went cold. They don’t have a in house kitchen nor a microwave to warm up stuff. Imagine having cold tea!! Even simple cutlery took 45 mins to come. Next day we get a call from another Manager saying we won’t get any breakfast because “we had complained” about the earlier day. How disgusting was that! Now if feedback is taken as complaint Fab Hotels certainly needs to restructure their service industry mindset. I had to call up CC and then they apologised and aligned the staff. We wanted to check out the same moment but the CC lady insisted we stay to avoid refund cut. Had no choice but to avoid money loss! - [ ] The hotel doesn’t provide basic hotel asks like daily room cleaning service, bedding change, hot water kettles or tea coffee pouches. - [ ] Daily water bottles are charged!! - [ ] Lifts, bathroom fittings are also messed up. - [ ] The managers keep changing their duties and have no interest in the customers comfort except for Mr. Naveed and another one (cannot remember his name). - [ ] The bell boys are shabbily dressed and even rude at times.

Fab Hotels booking on the website put us in great trouble. I booked & paid a 30% advance fee as confirmation but when I reached the hotel the reception guy said there is no booking for you. Next 30 mins calling the customer care spoke to Ms Muskan, Ms Simran & Mr Suraj. They refused to accept my booking for 8.30 am on 28.4.26. They want to check my conversation with the booking guy, Mr Pankaj Kumar. We both are senior citizens & traveled the whole night and reached the hotel. The reception guy felt pity on us and gave us room, saying never book through them. It is better to contact the hotel directly. These customer care guys ask to give 9 marks on a scale of 1 to 9. The customer doesn't have a room after paying the advance confirmation fee, but they want 9 marks. They don't have any shame to ask a person to give 9 marks, who's standing with family outside the hotel because of their mistake.

It appears this property has a vision for quality, but the execution is failing at the most basic level. The service staff was rude, unprofessional, and incapable of resolving issues. Combined with a significant pest problem and poor sanitation, the experience was substandard. Management needs to address cleaning and service training immediately to prevent constant low ratings.

Very bad experience with FabHotel I had a horrible experience with FabHotel. First, they changed my booking from one FabHotel (fabhotel marjan international to fabhotel eminent suites)property to another just one day before check-in. Later, they confirmed my booking for only one day instead of two. After continuously chasing them for 2–3 days, they finally confirmed the second day. The room conditions were very poor. We booked two rooms, and both were in bad condition. The bathroom tap was completely damaged. There were so many cockroaches .When I informed the reception manager, his behaviour was extremely rude. He admitted that he already knew about the issue but said he couldn’t do anything. The situation got worse the next night around 10:30 PM, when the same reception manager called me to the reception and demanded ₹1200 extra. When I asked for the reason, he was again rude and told me to contact MakeMyTrip directly. After 45 minutes of calls with MakeMyTrip and FabHotel’s management, the reception manager finally agreed to settle the issue. Overall, this was a very disappointing and stressful experience. I strongly do not recommend FabHotel to anyone.
