Great Service Came 4:00 am check in process was smooth
I liked the hotel very good. This is myb3rd visit to this hotel. All the staffs are very supportive and helpful. All 3 staffs Md. Babu Alam, Mr. Pintu & Mr. Vishal are very supportive and have a pleasant behaviour towards the customers. I hope I should again this hotel for stay in my next visit.
The staff was very rude in approaching the customer. There was no toothpaste in the bathroom. The rooms floor was very sticky and weird. The corner had spitting walls.
Rooms are average. Bathrooms are not good. Toilet shower is broken. Location of hotel is very bad. Lots of garbage around hotel premises in street too much bad smell in street.
Terrible experience! I absolutely regret staying with FAB Hotels A&M, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. Smarika from Fab Hotels booked us in and forgot to mention my 11 y/o kid and we were given a room at 11 pm in the night with 2 separate beds. When asked for an extra bed we were asked to pay 600 more because they were not informed by Smarika. She refused any help when called. But all thanks to Mr. Naveed who managed a smooth check in and I decided to stay in just because of him. Next day our breakfast came in much earlier than we asked for and it all went cold. They don’t have a in house kitchen nor a microwave to warm up stuff. Imagine having cold tea!! Even simple cutlery took 45 mins to come. Next day we get a call from another Manager saying we won’t get any breakfast because “we had complained” about the earlier day. How disgusting was that! Now if feedback is taken as complaint Fab Hotels certainly needs to restructure their service industry mindset. I had to call up CC and then they apologised and aligned the staff. We wanted to check out the same moment but the CC lady insisted we stay to avoid refund cut. Had no choice but to avoid money loss! - [ ] The hotel doesn’t provide basic hotel asks like daily room cleaning service, bedding change, hot water kettles or tea coffee pouches. - [ ] Daily water bottles are charged!! - [ ] Lifts, bathroom fittings are also messed up. - [ ] The managers keep changing their duties and have no interest in the customers comfort except for Mr. Naveed and another one (cannot remember his name). - [ ] The bell boys are shabbily dressed and even rude at times.
Never book with fab, false commitments, glitch in their system took me and my elderly father 1:45 mins to check in the hotel, Mr Atish Bhagat from Fab is all about either half knowledge or false commitments
One of the most regrettable hotel experience of my life! Fab Hotel Uploads gr8 pics of the hotel and rooms on listing websites, which are far from actual truth! I travelled to Hyderabad, from 6th to 8th Aug, with a friend for his doctor’s visit in Jubilee Hills and booked Fab Hotel WR Grand, on Banjara Hills due its proximity to the clinic. The first room offered to us was Room 112, which despite requesting for separate beds was a double bed. The room had a dank and musty smell like it had not been in used in a while. The toilet was stinking, no toiletries or towels were provided, the WC was badly stained with seepage on a couple of walls and worst of all there was Mold on the toilet ceiling! Thankfully before plonking ourselves on the bed, we found a small roach towards the feet side of the bed and immediately called the reception and strongly urged them to change our room with a cleaner and more hygienic one. Unfortunately the second room (No. 402) though slightly better was not much different. The same smell persisted, with seepage on most walls, floor vinyl was torn at multiple places, no kettle or morning tea/ coffee facility was available in the room. The cupboard was a horror story with bug litter all over and was downright filthy and stinking! The toilet was just bare to say the least, with only one towel, broken floor tiles and a stained WC and seat cover. Since we were quite tired from our early morning flight, we argued a little and got the reception chap to agree to basic requirements before we left for our appointment. On our return, we found not much had been done, the beds were separated by just a few inches to call them separate beds, still no kettle or tea/ coffee stuff, not a single glass or cup in the entire room and though they sent the second towel, we were refused any hand/ face towel for the toilet/ washroom, apparently they do not provide hand towels to guests! Being tried from the day’s travels and it being night time, both of us reluctantly agreed to make the best of the situation and decided to stay. Next morning was another surprise I got while in for a shower; no pressure in the shower to even hold the mixer switch button in place. I literally showered with one hand on the mixer switch button to keep it from switching back to the faucet! Another complaint to the reception was greeted with another lame excuse from them, though one of the staffers informed us that they had a plumbing issue and it was a known problem all along! I have seen other Fab Hotel Properties and this was a total let down. Pics from room no 402 attached for reference. My recent experience has strongly led me to believe that all the small aggregators are picking up once great hotels and either running them down to bits or the management has ultra-low profits to ensure a smooth and healthy functioning of the properties. Lesson learnt the hard way, DO NOT BOOK PROPERTIES LISTED UNDER THIRD PARTY AGGREGATOR NAMES AND ONLY GO FOR REPUTED HOTELS!!!
Ac not working , floor sticky , towles given has holes , tv have nothing
Overall, the lack of hygiene, poor service, and indifferent attitude of the staff made this stay extremely unpleasant. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and make immediate improvements to ensure no other guest has to go through such an experience.
