FabHotel Perams Grand Inn

Absolutely lovely and helpful staff and facilities were good.the staff at the hotel main entrance are very helpful.a smile makes all the difference id say!

Couples or solo girls. do not go here. shady place it is. we booked the hotel through fabhotels app. it was a nightmare. firstly it's an under construction building and the photos from google are misleading. there's no reception at the building. nobody checked us in with our documents. the guy at the hotel said he will collect documents later. we asked for food or room service, nothing is available. they do not have tea coffee anything at all. we went to our room and slept off waking up to no electricity. the entire building was in darkness. called the number given to us by fab hotels' and nobody responded. tried searching for the guy who was at the building, the entire building was empty. and then i noticed a half drank cold coffee, half drank water bottle in the lobby. worse part there was wood cutting knife/chainsaw lying on the table. scared, we got in touch with fab hotels' customer service and then with lot of pleading, they moved us to pride inn hotels which is nearby. attaching photos for the proof.

Dnt opt for this.. dirty room with so many cockroaches inside room and bathroom. no one to clean.. there is a broken glass table & my 5 years old son hurt his finger.. no first aid box or bandaid. we asked the boy to remove the table and he denied. the so called incharge boy who was in the room was so irresponsible, we asked for hot water, bandaid, thread..he simple said nothing available and was keep playing in mobile. the rooms were very small..it is 3 bed room apt and each bed room is called as single room and which was considered as hotel. pathetic plz don't prefer this one. therez no name board aand it took 40 mins to search from main road, we  asked the boy to come out and stand to know.the place and he denied complete nonsense hotel, staff. fab should remove their tag from those, else it will loose it's reputation.

Near to the market location was excellent nice to stay trying again

Not recommended. the place is not well kept. the linen was not clean. towels had stains all over. cigarette smell at night made it difficult to sleep.

Staff knows the customer service, it is always a great experience, breakfast is amazing
