Wonderful staff with helpful room boys. Rooms are nice and clean. Really worth for the price. The manager at the desk was very friendly calm and highly trustworthy It’s situated near LVPI. So I got all my work done peacefully. There are lots of shopping centers around. I am a Doctor from Sri Lanka and once again enjoyed real hospitality of this nice Indian friends. All the best Fab. Ideal for visit with family. All the employees are very cooperative, well behaved. Only problem is that there is no inbuilt kitchen. For tea also you have to go outside. Otherwise it's a nice clean place for stay in Hyderabad

Overall it depends on the purpose for which you are staying there. If you are staying there for the visit at LV Prasad hospital for eye checkups, it is the best and the most convenient place ever. No other areas have good convenient stay and movement places. The only challenge is the food which you have to buy and have. The kitchen is closed there and there is wrong depiction of free breakfast in all the other booking partner apps which needs to be changed immediately. The rooms I feel however can be improved and renovated a bit as 2k per night for the room available is not justifiable. No smoking. And no drinking were a plus point in the hotel. Great cleanliness. A must recommend for every one who is travelling to Hyderabad for business, medical or be it any other reason. Rest all was great , the staff and services were great.

Clean, comfortable and affordable place. A few broken switchboards and the room isn't in best shape, but the staff is very nice. Had an emergency check-in in the middle of the night, and the team was sweet enough to process our check-in without too many hassles and ensure we got in and got our sleep at the earliest. Location is great too!

I am a regular visitor to this property, this was my 3rd time stay here and stayed for 10 long days this time...I am really happy with the hotel, it's cleanliness and staffs. The staffs were very good and helping....They tried their very best to make the guests comfortable and help in every ways possible.... although the hotel doesn't have in house restaurant but there is a tea stall and one restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner nearby....one most remarkable thing is that as smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited in the property, the rooms always smell fresh unlike some other hotel rooms of this range...also feel safe..and family friendly.....my overall experience was very good and I will definitely choose this one in my NXT stay also.

It appears this property has a vision for quality, but the execution is failing at the most basic level. The service staff was rude, unprofessional, and incapable of resolving issues. Combined with a significant pest problem and poor sanitation, the experience was substandard. Management needs to address cleaning and service training immediately to prevent constant low ratings.

Its not hotel, its low cost lodge in as it is in condition. Book only if you just want to crash in night. Dont go by photos uploaded on site

Never book with fab, false commitments, glitch in their system took me and my elderly father 1:45 mins to check in the hotel, Mr Atish Bhagat from Fab is all about either half knowledge or false commitments

The hotel is not even close to what's shown in the pictures. Those pictures might have been taken when it was built. The rooms are old, stinking. No proper lighting. No toiletry providedm taps are leaking. Sheets are stained and pillows are horrible. Towels not provided until asked for specifically. They don't have a telephone service to the reception. The location too is interior. We had such a bad experience.

Rooms are full pests and wall are very dirty with spitting and lizards. The road is very narrow. The staff are very rude and person at the receiving desk was rude and arrogant. He even refused to tell the process of my refund. Pls don't get carried by the photos they send of the room its not worth humans staying. May be the location is near to all amenities. But to have a good sleep after a hectic work this place is not suggested. This is a very bad experience I had.....the Fab hotels officials also not responding. Very Bad experience.
