I liked the hotel very good. This is myb3rd visit to this hotel. All the staffs are very supportive and helpful. All 3 staffs Md. Babu Alam, Mr. Pintu & Mr. Vishal are very supportive and have a pleasant behaviour towards the customers. I hope I should again this hotel for stay in my next visit.

The hotel is very close to lvpei hospital banjara hills (700 mts). The rooms are clean and the bathroom is well maintained. They don’t have in-house restaurant but if you ask for morning tea ans breakfast, their staff delivers it to tour room. The ac is very effective and they clean the room everyday. Overall great stay.additionally swiggy delivers to your room.they have proper parking in their premise.

Rooms are average. Bathrooms are not good. Toilet shower is broken. Location of hotel is very bad. Lots of garbage around hotel premises in street too much bad smell in street.

I stayed at FabHotel A&M in Hyderabad for 3 nights recently. The rooms are decent and the staff is polite and helpful, but overall, I found the stay too expensive for what was offered. There is no in-house restaurant, and no electric kettle is provided in the rooms to make tea or coffee — something that should definitely be included for the price they charge. Also, there’s no nearby tea stall or cafe, which makes it inconvenient, especially in the mornings. While the room quality and service are okay, the lack of basic amenities and high pricing make it feel like poor value for money. I hope the management considers adding some basic facilities to improve the guest experience.

Overall, the lack of hygiene, poor service, and indifferent attitude of the staff made this stay extremely unpleasant. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and make immediate improvements to ensure no other guest has to go through such an experience.

It's a one of my life worst case scenario of my life. Choosing the stay at Fab Hotel Eminent Suites at Banjara Hills Hyderabad was a biggest mistake. The location feels like I am in some slum and near to dumping yard, that bad was the place and smell. Rooms were so unhygienic and service was worst. Staff would not provide atleast a complementary water bottle.The AC was on fixed temperature 24, when I asked about the remote no one responded from the front desk. No room service was done as I was stayed there for 5 Days and 4 nights without having a choice, as the payment was already done and there was no refund at all. Overall i personally suggest not to choose this hotel and don't make your life restless after reaching hotel to take some rest.
