Good rooms and good staff behaviour, highly recommended for both family and business works

Very disappointing experience at FabHotel Golden Hitech, Hyderabad. I had already paid the full booking amount of 5,244 through FabHotels for a 3-night stay. When my wife and I reached the hotel slightly early, we were asked to pay 500 extra for early check-in, which we still agreed to respectfully. But what happened next was shocking. The hotel owner/staff demanded an additional 237, claiming FabHotels had transferred less money to them. Even after showing my payment confirmation and invoice clearly from the FabHotels app, they continued arguing with me in front of my wife as if I had done something wrong. As a customer, why should I suffer because of internal payment issues between FabHotels and the hotel owner? The behavior was extremely unprofessional, humiliating, and mentally stressful. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt embarrassed and guilty for even choosing this hotel. Hospitality means making guests feel comfortable and respected not cornering them into arguments over payments already made online. What disappointed me even more was the lack of proper escalation and response from FabHotels support after raising this issue. I genuinely hope no other customer faces this kind of treatment in the future

Too much cockroach and bed sheets unwashed

Room had hundreds of mosquitoes and wen I requested change room reception staff argue so much and denied to even give downgrade room also, after 20min they gave a room which ac not giving cool and bathroom lock always open room, very disappointed

Very disappointing stay at FabHotels Hotel S Continental. The room was not clean, maintenance was poor, and basic amenities were not up to standard. The washroom hygiene was especially bad, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Staff response was slow and not very helpful when issues were raised. The overall service did not match expectations, and the experience was far from pleasant. Definitely not worth the price paid. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay .Very disappointing experience at FabHotels Hotel S Continental. On top of the poor room conditions and bad service, I ordered food through Zomato2 parcelsbut the hotel staff provided only 1 parcel and did not properly help resolve the issue. This caused a lot of inconvenience and frustration. The room cleanliness and maintenance were also below standard, and staff response was slow and unhelpful. Overall, very poor service and not worth the money. I would not recommend staying here.

Fab Hotels booking on the website put us in great trouble. I booked & paid a 30% advance fee as confirmation but when I reached the hotel the reception guy said there is no booking for you. Next 30 mins calling the customer care spoke to Ms Muskan, Ms Simran & Mr Suraj. They refused to accept my booking for 8.30 am on 28.4.26. They want to check my conversation with the booking guy, Mr Pankaj Kumar. We both are senior citizens & traveled the whole night and reached the hotel. The reception guy felt pity on us and gave us room, saying never book through them. It is better to contact the hotel directly. These customer care guys ask to give 9 marks on a scale of 1 to 9. The customer doesn't have a room after paying the advance confirmation fee, but they want 9 marks. They don't have any shame to ask a person to give 9 marks, who's standing with family outside the hotel because of their mistake.

While booking customer care did not say earlier check in amount, but hotel peoples with out early check-in amount did not accept. Feely very disappoint. Wrost customer care. Hotel reception people is arrogent

Hotel staff is very ruide. While check in. , they cant evn provided. Towel. , and soap ,tv Remote is not there. I asked the. Staff for. Tv remote. At night they said come and take. Service is closed at 9 , in morning i called and asked for. Towel. At that time also they said sry we dont have service come and take.
