We stayed at this hotel when we came Hyderabad to attend family function and we stayed at fab rooms for the first time and we are very happy with their services hotel rooms are very neat and clean staff is very helpful our first experience was simply amazing

First location is not perfect and hotel sign boards not visible in the nights, service is utter worst if you request for something Minimum wait time is 30 minutes. Rooms are good and the receptionist response is not good

Very disappointed with my stay. The room looked nothing like the photos—completely misleading. The bathroom was dirty and not properly cleaned. It’s a cheap hotel with equally cheap service. I called the staff twice about the TV not working, but no one ever came to fix it. The mattress was damaged and uncomfortable, and the blanket wasn’t clean either. Would not recommend this place at all.

The blankets and pillow covers were very old and could have been replaced. The bathroom was also a letdown - the shower wasn't working properly, and the shutoff spray was a bit of an issue. Food and Staff On the plus side, the restaurant was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, I did have a bit of a negative experience with the lady receptionist. Location The location of the hotel was excellent - it's very close to Secunderabad Railway Station, Secunderabad West Metro Station, and the bus station. This made it easy to get around the city. Overall While the hotel had some positives, the room quality and amenities were not up to par. With a bit of improvement in these areas, this hotel could be a great option for travelers.
